Prineville Best Wesrern was very quiet and clean. The breakfasts were great with a wide selection for all tastes. The indoor pool and spa was clean and bever crowded. All movie channels and grocery store and food places in same parking lot. Even a breweryacross the street to unwind.. overall I recommend this best western.

My room was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub in it, but it did not. When I told the front desk all they said was oh we don't offer those anymore well then you shouldn't advertise it on the website

The room was not vacuumed. There were Doritos on the floor next to the bed. The sheets appeared clean and fresh but underneath the sheets were more Doritos from the previous tenants. There was also sticky cup rings on the nightstand.
Other than that, things were good. The poor cleanliness did put a damper on our overall feel and impression.

We were in town over New Years weekend visiting family who live in Prineville. We love this hotel for the indoor pool and wonderful staff. They also put alot of thought into the artwork and Chris**as decorations giving it a warm home-like feeling. The only thing that could be improved is to add more rugs/carpet in the rooms to dampen noisy neighbors. There happened to be a rodeo going on the weekend we were there and we had a few loud neighbors that Saturday night!

What you would expect for the price. We continue to go there for the service and the nice continental breakfast. Good location and a good bang for your buck.

The toilet wouldn't even flush toilet paper down. The bed frame was like 4 inches wider than the mattress, kind of dangerous if your disabled. The electric plugs didn't all work. Loveseat in the room was a nice touch but the lack of a decent flushing toilet totally ruined the experience.

Arrived to my room to find bed bugs. Hotel has been entirely uncooperative in refunding my stay and denying that there are bed bugs even when presented with photo evidence.

The room had an odd smell. Plus they offer a veteran discount but could not honor it because I booked on line so it cost a considerable more than I should have paid.
