Originally built during WWII, the complex is well renovated and offer large spaces and big rooms which are in fact some apar**ents. Large living room, nice kitchen. The decoration is sober but quite modern. The parking lot is just accross the street but do first your check-in to get your parking place allocation. The breakfast is just normal, nothing spécial. The hotel is not "on the beach" but very close to it. You can as well find a swimming pool and a gym but be aware that the access is normally with some extra cost.

Spacious rooms, clean and well equipped family room. Sumptuous breakfast. Reception is sp****ly occupied and sometimes you need to wait. Parking garage right opposite to the hotel. Please make sure you reserve a parking place if traveling in peak times.

Located in the gigantic holiday resort built during Hitler days. This part (and most parts) of the building is now nicely restored. The room is big and so is the bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There was even salt and pepper (but no coffee). It didn´t have aircondition, which I think would have been good, even with the moderate temperatures at my visit. Breakfast is at extra cost, expensive but high quality. Many choices, including hot courses.

Wonderful the hotel apar**ent had a sea view excellent service beautiful area the time went so fast! Pool and fitness center spotless Huge pool very clean and not crowed we had it to ourselves most of the time. Sauna and steam area were really nice as well

We arrived at the 4-star hotel DORMERO, Prora, Rügen, Germany on Monday 10 July 2023 and we had been looking forward to a holiday in a nice suite in a nice hotel that we had booked for 6 nights. There was nothing wrong with the suite, but after many hours of driving from Denmark, we needed a shower. Unfortunately, that was not an option, because there were no towels! Not a very good start, but of course we could pick up some at the reception. The reception was not staffed, but we did find an employee who could inform us that the hotel unfortunately had NO MORE TOWELS??? So, we could not get a shower after checking in at our 4-star hotel! The hotel is not at all geared for longer stays due to: 1. A lack of towels. This was a problem all week. 2. A lack of toilet paper. 3. A lack of cleaning. No cleaning was done at all during the entire period we stayed there: 6 days. 4. Food waste etc. was not removed the whole week, so we had to bring the waste to the reception ourselves when the smell got too bad in the room. The hotel had also run out of plastic bags that fit in the waste bin, so we got bags that were too small for the bin. 5. A lack of a permanent receptionist (there was only a sporadic employee at the reception who was not customer friendly at all. STEP BY STEP was his slogan, so the guests had to arm themselves with patience. 6. In general, there was a lack of staff at the hotel. As is clear from the above, our stay at the hotel did absolutely not contribute to giving us a good holiday. We expected to be treated with dignity and not with indifference and disrespect. The hotel's poor service and a**osphere had a negative effect on our holiday mood, so we cannont recommend DORMERO.

High quality in every detail and a lovely bed. Ole and Aslan were fantastic and the other staff too.

Only stayed for a night but wish we could of stayed for more. A fantastic hotel, room was very very clean, the hotel staff were amazing and this all added to a great experience, the indoor swimming pool obviously helped as well as the sea view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
