Hotel Motel Gold

Yeaaaaaars ago it was 4 star hotel with noble yellow marmer interior, but that was in past..... Rooms are spacious, but it really needs reconstruction and better cleaning overall. spider webs were everywhere. The mini fridge was dirty too ( not cleaned since previous visitor). Air conditioning not working..., very small TV with no Internet connection. If you come for oversleep with breakfast, save money on this extremely small breakfast of this 4star hotel which is served like in hostel or B&B... No bread, eggs already at 9.15! After several complaints they decided to go buy filled croasants and cooked few more eggs... That's all. Yes, they had yoghurt and banana with apple (no other fruit) but no muesli... No vegetables or salad - it was "impossible" as a Waitress said to get cucumber or tomato... Its a shame... Additionally, they don't respect privacy and ignoring Do not disturb signs! They could not provide iron (really old, by the way)because it was broken... The only one for the whole hotel.... All of this was discussed with the reception, but not any discount or compensation was possible! Management was "" not reachable"" and personell at reception was" "not authorised"" to deal with complaints, unbelievable. They ask guests to pay upfront, but we warn you to not do this!

Cotton buds on floor, hairs in bed,when I told reception they looked and said nothing,hotel advert said restaurant but it was closed,again receptionist was dismissive and argumentive,there was little communication and when leaving not even a thankyou or goodbye

well enjoyed stay. couple of remarks - Receptionist was extremely slow. - Breakfast service starts at 8 so not suitable if you have early flight to catch

Hôtel situato in una posizione molto comoda, bella struttura in un contesto silenzioso, camera ampia e pulita.

In piena campagna, ma vicino all'aeroporto di Orio, quest'albergo è estremamente confortevole e adatto al relax. Gli spazi esterni sono curatissimi, circondati da siepi fiorite, nell'ampio prato circostante scorrazzano dei coniglietti, c'è una bella piscina anche se non molto grande. Le camere al pianterreno sono disposte stile motel con una porta di accesso sull'esterno e lo spazio per l'auto davanti alla stanza; quella al piano superiore in cui mi trovavo era grande, con il letto molto spazioso e con tutti i comfort del caso. Gentile ed accogliente il personale alla reception. Unico neo la colazione, non consona secondo me al livello dell'albergo; non avendo ristorante interno non possono servire cose fatte espressamente ma l'offerta è veramente troppo essenziale ed andrebbe arricchita.

Esperienza totalmente devastante…iniziando dal WI-FI “veloce”…NON PERVENUTO…dopodiché ore 23:00 salta l’impianto elettrico…ripristinato dopo mezz’ora…nel frattempo, NON C’è più acqua in stanza ….pertanto i bisognini e pulizie varie le faremo domani …in autogrill… Conclusione: se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino….comunque ho pagato 90€ in anticipo, cosa che non dovevo fare, anche perché chiedere rimborso credo sia inutile… PS. Visto che ho dormito poco e male mi sono permesso di prendermi l’acqua ( l’unica a disposizione) dal frigo-bar….provate a chiedermi di pagarla! Assolutamente da non tornarci. XXX

Freundliche Inhaber, aber auch nicht wirkliche Hoteliers. Kein Internet verfügbat, Frühstück recht übersichtlich und nicht für 4 Sterne würdig. Eigenartig, dass nur wenige Zimmer belegt waren und man dann aber ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss bekommen hat,, obwohl mit dem Auto die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss praktischer gewesen wären. Auch eigenartig, dass man bei der Ankunft direkt die gesamte Hotelbuchunf bezahlen musste. Ohne Auto wohl nicht erreichbar. Pool und Garten sehr angenehm.

Un hôtel qui semble tenu par une famille, les proprios âgés encore aux manettes. Le personnel gentil est complètement dépassé, ne parlent qu'iltalien, 15mn pour trouver la réservation, wifi inopérant, petit déjeuner rudimentaire. Je trouve le room service en train de refaire la chambre alors qu j'étais parti pour le petit déjeuner, malgré mes affaires à l'intérieur... Tentative de discussion cocasse (ils ne parlent pas anglais), je finis par la récupérer. Les voisins font face au même souci... Drôle d'organisation ! Toutefois la chambres est propre, pas trop bruyante, plutôt bien décorée et grande. La piscine sur le terrain est attrayante, mais personne se s'y baigne donc pas essayée. Si le personnel était professionnel ça serait un bon plan, quoi que un peu cher. La c'est très moyen...

Pessimo sporco pieno pieno di mosche colazione pessima poco personale e quando sima dovuti partire in anticipi per problemi familiari ( due portatori di handicap) il Direttore non ci ha ricevuti e non ci hanno rimborsato quello che abbiamo pagato in più e in anticipo. Poca attenzione ai clienti. Ad esempio per ben die volte ho dovuto richiedere la carta igienica in camera il prezzo quindi è esageratamente alto
