piccolo appartamentino, adatto anche per 4 persone, spazi giusti e puliti, stanca calda e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario

Food was awful, staff were lazy room was dirty and falling apart , in games room no balls for pool table or football table , when eating dinner chef was staring us down and one positive I have about the place is the skiing part they were very helpful in telling us how to put on gear and the ski gear was good

Clean hotel, bar man was nice and most staff tried their best. However, the hotel director was very abrupt and rude to our group on several occasions. Locks on doors were broken when we arrived; these were eventually fixed 2 days later. There was a smashed TV in one room when we arrived, and broken shower doors in several rooms. Facilities are not what is advertised; there is a games room with a pool table, but the hotel staff were not permitted to give us the balls so we could play. This was also the case with the football table. We would not return to this hotel.

We went with a school. The skiiing was amazing. Resort is great. The hotel is decent but the management were aggressive and antagonistic. Wouldn’t recommend a school to go there. The food was ok. The breakfast offered a decent range. All that was good was soured by the behaviour of the manager

Great value for your money, perfect for family and skiers.
Only 15 minutes from Tonale ski tracks and 7 minutes from the Ponte di Legno center.
Staff is super kind, Recommended

Struttura di gran fascino (è degli inizi del '900), ottimamente ristrutturata, posta poco più in alto del centro di Ponte di Legno da cui si gode una ottima vista sul paese e sulle montagne. Le camere sono spaziose, tanti i mobili dove riporre le proprie cose, un cucino attrezzato, tavolo grande, sedie e panca dove poter mangiare (anche se noi eravamo in formula hotel e abbiamo sempre cenato al ristorante). Bagno con antibagno (doppio lavandino!), bel balcone. Tutto molto pulito. Centro benessere completo di bagno turco, sauna e idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo (!) dietro semplice prenotazione alla reception. Ristorante buono, porzioni abbondanti e sempre diverse. Colazione ricca anche se con pochi dolci fatti in casa. Personale disponibile e gentile. Consigliato!

Stanza non pulita, appena sono arrivato ho trovato il letto rotto! Ho chiesto gentilmente di sistemarlo e mi hanno detto che era possibile solo il giorno dopo. Non ho dormito tutta la notte. Non mi hanno scontato nulla e nemmeno sono stati capaci di offrirmi un aperitivo per scusarsi.

Come ogni anno siamo tornati al Palace visto che siamo multiproprietari. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, molto pulito e sia il direttore che Barbara e tutto lo staff sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. Unica nota da mio avviso è l’animazione che negli anni coinvolgeva i più bambini anche quest’anno era assente o si limitava a mettere musica serale, sicuramente da migliorare. Un ringraziamento a tutti al prossimo anno !!
