La Terra Dei Sogni Country Hotel

非常不錯！！！！！！

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. From start to finish the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, and any request, no matter how small, was met with and smile and a willingness to help. The feeling was of a family run establishment. The rooms, whilst a little basic, were functional and comfortable as we spent most of our time out and about. Breakfast, from a British perspective was a little limited in variety, but what there was, was plentiful and more than sufficient to start the day. We only ate an evening meal in the hotel once, because of our touring schedule, but what we had was really nice and freshly prepared. Our room had a distant view of the sea and over the strait to mainland Italy (on a clear day). On the short walk to the breakfast room we could turn and look at the view of Etna, which changed on a daily basis from under cloud to full sun and all in between, and we were even able to see the plume of smoke emitting from the active crater. The highlight of our stay was a flight by helicopter (Helisicily) over Etna, which took off from its helipad just 100 metres from the hotel, and was discounted as a hotel resident. The hotel was quiet, away from any roads, but suitably located for easy travel to places such as Catania and Taormina. I would definitely recommend and will return on a future visit to Sicily.

Excellent service level. Very clean. Food was delicious and inexpensive (12-16 EURO) for a full meal.

My wife and I stumbled upon this hotel while looking for a last minute reservation. It is a mini resort, they have a beautiful property (bar, resturaunt, lounge, pool). The hotel was very welcoming. Easy to park, you would have to have a car to stay here. Great experience and value.

This hotel was in a quiet location but still near to lots of places you want to visit ( Etna , Taormina - Mazzaro cable car etc ) . The pool area was beautifully kept and the staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were simply furnished but perfectly functional. The food we ate there was lovely apart from a tuna dish in sauce which was way too salty and 3 times the veg accompaniment was freezing. I think they could improve the menu by having a couple of specials each day as otherwise it can get a bit repetitive, if there for a week. They had a sax player and DJ whilst we were there and this was amazing ( what a sax player ) . There was a drain smell in our room one day but this was rectified with a spray and they obviously cleared the drain as the next day it was better. They need better coffee at breakfast too as the bar coffee is nice but breakfast isn’t . If they improve the food menu ( by having daily specials ) make breakfast till 10.30 and make the checkout time later - it would be 5 stars all the way .

Enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel was nice with great views of Etna on one side and the sea on the other. Location is great for if you want to visit Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Catania and even Syracuse/Ortigia. Staff was very friendly. Special thanks to the man (who might be the manager?) who sent us a video showing how to get into the hotel during after hours because our flight was delayed, but ended up staying to welcome us anyway. Would highly recommend staying here during an east coast Sicily trip and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely and quiet agriturismo hotel in the middle of a nursery growing plants and flowers. The loudest noise was the birds tweeting... ok the hotel also had its own helicopter for flights around Etna but that's a little pricey! Great pool area. Good food at the restaurant. Surprisingly broad range of food at the free breakfast buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Difficult to pick fault with anything.

Excellent hotel with an amazingly helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast is rich and nicely presented. The pool area is also beautiful and relaxing atmosphere is all around. WIFI connection works well from almost all areas. Highly recommended after a 7 nights stay!

Lovely area with a stunning view of Mount Etna. Great location in between Catania and Letojanni but I recommend renting a car to get around / be willing to pay for taxis to go everywhere as it is far from towns/ attractions
