Stayed at this hotel for the fourth time in a row – no need to say it's simply beautiful: surrounded by greenery and truly relaxing. Devid at the pool is the number one – he always knows how to make guests smile! Alessandro, the chef, made our dining experience unforgettable, enriching it with fascinating insights about each dish. As always, each and every person makes you feel at home! Truly an amazing stay! A must-try if you're in Argentario

I believe all the great reviews for this place must be fake. AS I haven’t experienced any of the good points that people raise. It definitely not a 5 stars property. Service is very poor too. We just was sworn at by the staff members. We were driving up and a couple staff members were leaving in the opposite direction. The guy sped up to force me to stop and move back in the pathway. It was difficult for me to do so as it’s so dark. Instead of being reasonable he started to swear at me He had space to move back into and allow me to pass I think it’s despicable that he thinks it’s acceptable to treat staff like that.

I was confronted by the staff, sworn at for not moving my car out of the way. He expected me to reverse back a narrow pathway we he has space to allow me to pass just a few feet away. The aircon is terrible. Swimming pool was out of use with no prior information about this. Breakfast is bad. Beds are uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. The room is insulation is very poor. None of the amenities and services match a 5 stars hotel. Have not enjoyed this experience one bit and staff are reluctant to do anything about improving the experience. I would not reccomend them one bit.

Food was clearly not fresh, we were worried about getting food poisoning. How can you mess up a simple continental breakfast? • Beds are uncomfortable. • The room is sound insulation is very poor so I could hear a child crying all night. • No laundry bag or laundry service available. None of the amenities and services match a 5 star hotel. Charging more than €230 for this per night is a joke. Not even complimentary water considering they are also in the middle of nowhere without shops nearby! Have not enjoyed this experience one bit and staff are reluctant to do anything about improving the experience. The property won’t even have a chat with you about the experience even if you complain. Stay away from this hotel

A wonderful stay. Very kind and helpful staff. Food & drinks were delicious. There are a lot of fun activities to do on the island like golf, bike riding, tennis, or relaxing in the spa. Would definitely return.

Gorgeous hotel in stunning grounds. The pools are lovely. The food is phenomenal. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot.

Average food, anonymous location, poorly managed, casual personnel, disproportionate price. Obnoxious floodlights illuminate the premises, just like if it was a football stadium, destroying any intimacy and making impossible to see the stars in the sky.

hotel is somewhat secluded but 15 minutes or less from any major attractions. They offer free pick up and drop off at nearby beaches, restaurants, train stations, and towns. The hotel’s restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. They have two pools, indoor and outdoor. The staff were all very friendly and professional. They were always ready to help. Maria, the front desk girl, helped us book our dinner reservations, beach trips, and town visits. She was always very polite and professional. Simone also worked at the front desk, and he also helped us get to town by driving us and picking us up whenever we called. He as well was always kind and professional. Never saw him without a smile. Yoez was another of the drivers. He recommended a pizza spot for us to try. The pizza place is named Phermento. Best pizza I had in Italy. He also always smiled and would always say hello whenever he saw us. Overall, all the staff was terrific and showed care to make us comfortable and happy.
