We paid £1328.40 for a 9 night stay in September 2023. We were given room number 100, inexplicably with an extra single bed in the room. (We won't complain about the extra space!) --- Good: Buffet was convenient for not wasting time and still getting a balanced diet. (We were at a festival and had lots of things to do, so saving time on ordering and paying the bill was helpful!) Lots of vegetables, salad, and fruit on offer (if a little basic at times), and decent enough quality pasta etc. On occasion we'd pay local restaurants for comparable or worse food, so we were actually very happy that the hotel food was available. Power stays on in the rooms when you leave, so you can charge batteries etc. Refrigerator. It worked and didn't make much noise. Staff were largely very helpful, polite, and friendly. The poolside bar was good for a cocktail or two. Sadly no Bloody Mary on offer, though 😅 --- Bad: Insecure luggage storage. Despite claiming they offer luggage storage, it's essentially a room where anyone can walk in and take anything. We did not feel comfortable leaving laptop computers and passports there so ended up taking this stuff to the beach on our last day, which just adds a little extra stress to what should be an enjoyable day. Mosquitoes in room. Open drain in shower felt like a liability, so we used a plastic cup to close it while we weren't showering, but not sure if this really helped. The cleaners would obviously remove it every time anyway leaving it open for much of the day while we were out. We found we couldn't really relax by the pool due to the music - sometimes some cheesy Italian ballads played very loud. Likely a matter of taste (I'm used to enjoying mellow Balearic beats in these situations), but it just feels really bizarre and frankly stressful at times due to overpowering, passionate Italian vocalists. At 2pm, just after lunch service, the entertainers run a 15 minute quiz in Italian that was so loud we struggled to even have a conversation during it. It seemed like fun and the Italian guests were enjoying it, though! Mold on wall underneath air conditioner due to excess moisture dripping from it. It was a very old unit with no remote control. We didn't notice till the last evening that there was liquid pooling on the floor which was a bit disgusting given the mold. Comforter on the bed was clearly not being washed between guest stays. Minor but noticeable stains on it that definitely were not from us. We just tried to not think too much about it. 😅 No "Do Not Disturb" signs - woken up on the first morning by cleaners, twice, and no way to lock the door properly from inside to prevent them entering. Asked reception for a sign but they just didn't have an answer as to why they didn't have them. We ended up writing out our own and putting it up on the door, so that we could sleep in, and have our room made up in the afternoon. This worked, but for the first day we were just very tired. Kind and organised. Very nice and cosy structure. Excellent cleanliness and food with variety of choice. Recommended for families and couples who like to spend some days of their experience in tranquillity. A few steps from the centre and close to other characteristic villages, but also to the great city of Olbia

Staff was amazing specially the young Lady in the reception, she was helpful and very friendly.

I really do not like writing bad reviews, but this place was, unfortunately, a letdown. During our stay, renovation and expansion works were being carried out, and there were materials left constantly outside the rooms, creating a hazard. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Our room was in a residence like building, it did not look like a hotel, as you were using a private house and you stuck few rooms there. The room itself, I would define it way below essential, and the bathroom was crying for repairs and renovation. The biggest issue, however, was the food. It was buffet style, with no variety and really low quality ingredients. You could see the salads being clearly made with leftovers from days before. Everything, a part from the pool which was nice and clean seemed to be in disarray: there is no lounge, the restaurant toilets are in a scary basement and they looked unclean and in very bad condition. The only pro of our stay was the staff: everyone was nice, approachable and willing to help.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Close to the beach and the centre. Very friendly staff. Incredible menu with good quality products, extremely varied, tasty and delicious. The chef doesn't overdo it with oily substances making the food easy to digest. The food is definitely a plus.

HORRIBLE. JE N'AI PAS L'HABITUDE DE METTRE DES COMMMENTAIRES. Je le fais pour que votre famille puisse éviter ce désastre. 1) ils vous vendent un all-inclusive mais au final, la nourriture est très très limité. Aliment très bas de gamme et peu de choix. Les boissons durant la journée sont payantes au bar. Bref un faux all-inclusive. 2) manque de bol nous avions la chambre la plus proche des animations et nos enfants n'ont pas pu dormir paisiblement. Musique forte ! Fuyez

Very Bad Hotel, dirty rooms, noisy (AC) we booked a room according to pictures (terrasse or balcony) when we arrived we received probably a staff room not corresponding at all with description. We complain but the staff did not appologize and continue lying to us.

The Hotel has many problems, with old buildings falling apart being the worst problem, along with a cheap (but expensive on paper) meals. Thankfully the animation saved the holiday, with entertaining activities, fun nights and a good team of people, that work hard day and night to provide a high quality entertainment service. Thanks to the animation I’m giving the hotel a 3/5 rating. If it wasn’t for the animation, the hotel would get a 1/5 rating, being generous. The price does not reflect the quality of the hotel. Below you can see pictures of the quality of the food, with burned vegetables and a small variety of food choice (100€ a day for this food).

Poorly managed, rude and very impolite staff in reception. Dirty rooms, which they refuse to show you before booking, no help or service to help you with your luggages . It can be mentioned as 1 or 2 stars motel. I tried to talk to the manger about the problem but he didn’t even bothered himself to stop and listen. I talked on the phone and asked for some information regarding the equipment in the hotel. We needed a room which has access to elevator as we had very heavy luggages. They promised me a room close to entrance with the access to the elevator. We drove 30 km, arrived and they said no room is available with this condition, instead the offered a room with a 2 to 300 walking distance from entrance which they refused to show us the room before booking. I even asked to see some pictures from the room, the answer was we don’t have any pictures. I asked if some one can help us with luggages to the room, they answer was not having this kind of service. 4 star hotel!!! At the end I told them why they gave me wrong information when I called, the rude guy in the reception told me if I have any written evidence to confirm what he told me. I met some guests by the entrance and they told me if you are very lucky the air conditioner in the room is not broken. Any way, this area is really beautiful, don’t destroy your holiday with booking this place. We were in Sardinian 1 months and this was our worse experience 😤😡
