Dated rooms and decor in general - think walls you hear the neighbours. The baths are nice. The setting on the river is good. Stayed two nights - no wifi - first day they siad it would be fixed the next day but it was not. Partially stayed here because of the "hottub" outside the room but it really is just a tub you can fill with hot water..

Hermoso lugar, muy amables y atentos, el restaurant también con platos sencillos pero muy sabrosos, y con muy buena atención, variedad de piletas con distintas temperaturas, el rio un encanto y todo el entorno para disfrutar, volveremos

Muy buena las instalaciones, piscinas .el lugar ,realmente para desconect****,lleno de naturaleza,río,senderos para caminar . Dispone de restaurant,de muy buena calidad y variedad. Las termas cerca de Pucon ,fácil acceso. Se puede ir por el día o alojar

Muy buen lugar, fuimos en temporada baja y se da el ambiente de relajo. Las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas, las piscinas a buena temperatura. Lo único en contra, la atención de la persona de recepción, quien se mostró tosca y poco colaborativa a resolver nuestras preguntas, lo que generó que estuviéramos a punto de cambiar de opción e ir a otro recinto.

Un robo! $30mil para dos piscinas llenos de cabros chicos saltando, gritando y familias actuando como si fuera piscina de recreación cuando deberia ser termas. Temperaturas bajas porque agregan ene agua fria y no hay control de los huespedes. Lo unico lindo era el rio y la naturaleza pero uno paga para las termas que eran al final una perdida de dinero. Ademas, no hay reglas asi que gente se metia sin duch**** y con protector de sol y las aguas estaban asquerosa.

Faltan toallas para las piscinas. Buena temperatura del agua. Paraje muy lindo. Restaurante con platos de buena calidad. Muy lindo los alrededores de las piscinas. El lugar alrededor del hotel con una vegetación preciosa. Volveríamos para visitarlo nuevamente y lo recomiendo a mis amistades,

El lugar es muy lindo, el paisajismo del lugar es increíble, lleno de flores todo muy bien cuidado, al lado del rio. El precio es algo elevado, después supimos que tienen convenios con algunos hoteles en Pucón, asi que conviene buscar esa información. Las termas son en exterior y una techada, muy amplias. Lo malo es que siendo un lugar que no es barato no hacen cumplir el reglamento como deberían, nos toco ver gente con ropa en las piscinas, con ropa interior en vez de trajes de baño, tomando alcohol, mucho niño gritando y tirandose a las piscinas piqueros y bombitas salpicando a todo el mundo siendo que las termas son un lugar de relajación. Mucho Niño gritando y todas esas cosas están en las reglas que ellos mismos ponen, deberían hacerlas cumplir para que uno tenga ganas de volver porque el lugar en si es increíble.

Un lugar maravilloso para tener una desconeccion extraordinaria. Cabaña muy bien equipada, con una tinaja de ensueño que permitía un relax absoluto. Un restaurante con platos exquisitos y el personal muy preocupado y dispuesto a ayudar en todo, un lugar que superó mis expectativas.

Solo son piscinas temperadas, de termas y spa poco, recepción poco calida al llegar dan poca información sobre instalaciones y servicios, poco o nada de personal en la zona de piscinas por lo que no hay control del ruido, niños corriendo, gente fumando y bebiendo alcohol en una zona de relajo. No hay arriendo de batas para visitantes solo para huespedes del hotel, si así funcionan las termas menos me hospedaria en el hotel.
