It's a very clean hotel and the beds are comfortable. Beware there are no in-room temperature controls in your room. My room was cold all day and all night. It was good for sleeping, but a little cool when you're not in bed. The location is excellent for restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Nice hotel for a short stay.
Clean place, friendly staff, good location.
Room ok, bathroom with uncomfortable sink during use, no active ventilation. Room heated up early morning. Should have AC.

We enjoyed our stay here during a road trip across Mexico. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area looked very nice but it was raining the day we stayed. There were tons of restaurants within a couple blocks that looked great but we took a 10 minute Uber ride to el centro for dinner. Also, secured parking!

Most of the staff were amazing, however, I had 2 reception people who not very helpful and seemed to be annoyed if I asked for anything.. such as running warm water or simple things as extra towels. I stayed at this hotel in 2017 and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the bigger rooms back then, however. This time I decided to stay in the smaller rooms, expecting the same service and hospitality. The smaller rooms had very old towels (some with holes in them), the water in the shower was barely coming out due to all the grime that was on it. It was replaced after 2 days asking for it to be looked at. The water is barely lukewarm when taking a shower. My sister had a room across from me and she was having the same issues with her shower. The room was cleaned every day and that was amazing. They did a great job. I really wish I could have had a better review to write about this hotel!!! But having warm water for your guest is a MUST. Having nice towels is important. Rooms were also cold, had to ask for extra blankets.

El hotel está muy deteriorado y sucio tanto por fuera como por dentro, alfombras, baños, pasillo de habitaciones en general todo está muy sucio, lo único bueno del hotel es el restaurante y las personas que lo atienden Srita. Abigail, Sr. Sergio y Sr. Manuel

Las instalaciones son viejitas, obscuras y frías pero en general conservadas. El baño y sábanas se encontraron sucios de una de las habitaciones rentadas, el baño fue limpiado pero las sábanas no fueron cambiadas. Si te tocan vecinos ruidosos desafortunadamente el ruido se traspasa. La ubicación es EXCELENTE al estar a una cuadra de avenida Juarez. No consumimos alimentos pero el restaurante se veía lindo. Por un costo adicional pudimos dormir con nuestra perrita en la habitación.

La chicos de recepción excelente,la limpieza si dejo mucho que desear no recogían la basura bien, y tampoco lavaba todas las tazas del servicio de café, no me dejaban las toallas requeridas por lo demás zona libre de humo aunque a las afueras del hotel si fumaban
