Hotel Floresta

Buen buffet con horarios más amplios que en otros hoteles. Buen servicio. Parking público decente. Muy muy cerca de la playa. Buenas instalaciones. Almohada mejorable.

We have had another great stay at the Floresta, many thanks for the rooms we requested Ulrike, we had a lovely welcome on arrival from Eduardo which started the holiday well. This is a spotless well run hotel rooms are spacious and maid service excellent, our grandchildren love the pool which allows inflatables. A special enthusiastic animation team work hard to entertain all ages their energy is amazing. If your looking for a family holiday this is the place to be, lovely beach nearby and a walk or taxi into puerto del carmen. We will return again hopefully

What a stunning place. The whole hotel is immaculate, the staff work so hard and always have a friendly smile, the rooms are pristine and cleaned every day! The food was amazing so much choice and so fresh! Fresh meat and fish cooked in front of you, paella was the best I’ve ever had! A lot of previous reviews had worried us but this wasn’t the case at all, our children can be quite fussy and they had loads of choice everyday. Staff constantly replenish empty items, the fresh salads were lovely. Breakfast was a real treat with so much choice everyday! We didn’t eat out once despite planning too before we came, we just didn’t feel the need! The location is ideal right on the beach and Marcos bar is a must visit also! We had a pool view apt near the smaller kids pool and it was perfect for us so quiet with a huge balcony and a stunning view! Lanzarote skies are beautiful! It’s our first visit to this lovely island and we always say we don’t do the same place twice, but floresta ticked so many boxes that were already planning our next trip there!

I booked this hotel for the 2 bed accommodation and that was good , the pool area also excelled but the drinks and food were not impressive, the food was never hot, the cocktails were terrible so we went to drink and eat at Marco's across the road although it defeats the all inclusive stay, it is not all inclusive be aware !! We never ate at the pool bar as they catered more for the kid's than adults, communal toilets were in a sad state so we used to go back to the room, housekeeping was excellent, we won't be back.

We just returned from our stay at Floresta, and will definitely return. Greeted with a great welcome at reception. Our Apartment was positioned near one of the Pools & was Spacious, well equipped & Clean. A great Choice for Breakfast which was beautifully presented, Fresh & something for all tastes. Very Friendly Staff throughout! We are already looking at dates for Autumn.

Good apartments. Spotlessley clean apartments and complex. Great location na beach, shops, restaurants etc. Day time entertainment was great, the man who runs them all works really hard. Evening entertainment was average. Food- lots of pork! almost too much! The theme nights were great, the other nights were OK. Would recommmed! We are thinking of returning next year.

Just back after a wonderful week in the Floresta. We went for the bed and breakfast option. The room was perfect, lots of space , very clean and modern. Small gripe would prefer full shower rather than shower in the bath.The breakfast was lovely, with lots of options. We love swimming and walking so the proximity to the beach and promenade was so good . It was literally 5 minutes walk to both and approx 30 minutes to the town. It’s a quiet area which is perfect for us! Thanks to the staff who were very helpful and friendly all week.

Few days away with friends . Spotless apartment and the cleaners worked really hard in the apartment and around by the pool , bed was really comfortable, fan in bedroom was great . All the staff were friendly and worked hard . Couple of mistakes due to language barriers,but always got sorted . Food was alright had lots of choice , but if you want gourmet go to a more expensive hotel . Drinks were alright too , some cocktails on all inclusive, few spirits , beer , wine and cava . I'd definitely come back to these apartments.

Appalling treatment by a young waiter. Third visit for me and my mum. We're the ones who leave 20 euros for the staff at Christmas and New Year dinners. First time half board, tonight I got one oj from the machine. This waiter approached my table and asked me where my wristband was. I explained we're hb so don't have a wrist band. He repeated, 'Where is your wristband?' three more times. I said I didn't understand. He stomped to the bar and clearly said something about me and my mum to the guy manning the bar. My mum came back with food and when I told her she explained we were hb. He then stomped to the restaurant manager who came over and explained the oj is for AI only. We apologised and said we didn't realise and said we would pay for it. The young waiter ignored us and didn't take our drinks order. My mum, who is 71, tried to order fantas for us. He wagged his finger in her face several times, saying, no no, you cannot have drinks for free! It was extremely patronising and condescending and exceptionally poor mannered. I approached a waitress to ask if we could get drinks some other way. She said I'd have to say it in Spanish! I went to the reception, appalled at how we were being treated. The restaurant manager approached and reiterated that we cannot have free drinks. I pointed out we were trying to order as we always do and I wanted to talk to the manager. He then went to talk to the manager for 5 minutes which I found teenagerish, he was getting his version in first instead of just asking her to speak to me. My Mum spoke to her and she fobbed her off saying it was a communication barrier. We had clearly been accused of stealing drinks three times! No misunderstanding there! If you order drinks you get a bill, as we were trying to do. We abandoned the meal feeling harassed and it's kind of ruined the stay here. We will not return here. Very, very poor treatment of loyal customers there.
