super beau, super propre, très apaisant ! pleins de piscines, le ptit dej est génial beaucoup de choix, à refaire.

El hotel auque no esta a pie de playa esta muy cerca:La playa es algo ventosa pero muy grande..puedes dar buenos paseos por ella y muy tranquila.Tiene varios bubett,el que nos toco habia momentos de bastante gente.Lo peor fue la cama..eran juntas pero se separaban a la minima y te colabas por el medio..un horros.Aun asi volveria a ese hotel.

Not a lot to fault with this hotel. We stayed select service adults area half board. Plus points. Part of the select service. Free safe in room. Free minibar (charge for fill up). Free meal in Don Paco with 7 night minimum stay. Free bottle of Cava in the restaurant. Additional plus points as standard. 4 different pool areas everyone can use from a very quiet adults pool to a kids pool and music pool, something for everyone. Food was very good and the option to swap evening meal to lunch was brilliant. It was a proper buffet service at lunch with great choice. Water points and cups around the pool area was a great idea. However meal times did get very busy at certain times. Waiting at drinks machines in a morning. It would help if they had water jugs on the side to save using the drinks machines just to get a cup of water. Maybe extra staff in an evening serving drinks as this seemed to be an issue. Overall taking everything into account our stay was very enjoyable and staff very friendly and helpful. Would I stay at this hotel again? Definitely.

We stayed here for 4 nights during February half term with our 4 year old, booked as part of a Jet2 holidays package. There is so many resorts to choose from in Lanzarote, so we simply picked this place due to its high rating and reviews, which turned out to be 100% accurate! Greeted at hotel reception with refreshments and checked in within 10 minutes, due to us being early, an hour before check-in, our room was not quite ready. This was no problem as our luggage was stored for us and we were advised where we could grab some lunch while we waited for our room - we had chosen the all inclusive package. We had our breakfast, lunch and dinner within the buffet style restaurants, there was plentiful amounts to choose from across a range of cuisines that changed each day. Other than having to serve it to myself, I would not class the food as ‘buffet’ style, each dish was cooked fresh and was as good as any course from a menu. More than enough choice for a 4 year old, not just your standard nuggets and chips, although this was an option still! Restaurant staff could not do more to help, very attentive and treated all the children very well, making them feel part of it all. Once our room was ready, we found our Junior Suite on the second floor that over looked one of the pools, very clean and well maintained room. Some reviews seem to dislike the open planned style, but I would question who you are sharing a room with if you are finding it that awkward! A bonus for my 4 year old is that they have English channels, so CBeebies was available! Not that much time was spent in the room. Free WiFi covered the whole resort, along with a decent 5G coverage. The great service continued throughout the resort into the pool areas, the place is spotless and well maintained. Everyone generally very happy and willing to help with anything, very much a VIP experience. Better than some of the high end Vegas hotels I have stayed in and paid considerably more for! The evening entertainment was very good, the performers really putting everything into it. My daughter really enjoyed the mini disco each night, learning songs from Spain, Germany and France. They made sure all the children from countries that made up the general resort occupancy, feel included with songs they would recognise.

Really great hotel! We never return anywhere but have said we would (our son wants to also!) On the app you can track the many activities going on daily- loads for kids! We went to kids club with our 3 year old daily the staff were excellent and the mini disco a highlight. We went half board which id recommend as lunch and dinner basically the same- good food but little variation. Great breakfast! Room was nice, our son liked his separate area in the suite but was open plan so we could keep an eye on him. AC broken, not a huge issue in Jan but would’ve been nice if it was cooler. Cleaned well daily. Water in room. Little fridge. Balcony furniture not comfortable could invest in nicer stuff. Washing line on balcony very useful! Drinks SO CHEAP good bar. Really close walking distance to shops. Supermarket, restaurants, the beach. All great thank you

7 wonderful nights in this hotel the place is immaculate and the staff are really friendly. The rooms are very spacious and again immaculate with everything you need for a great holiday . The food is great with good selection for all tastes . The day time entertainment staff are very good with activities around the pool And to our surprise the evening entertainment was very good not the usual droll Hotel is also in a great location for the beach and other bars We would highly recommend staying.

What can I say about this place? Fabulous. The good & entertainment is top class. People were dancing & so happy. The staff are wonderful (special mention to the bar staff including Claudia & Soie- apologies if I’ve spelt their names wrong). There is something for everyone. Activities for kids, but we relaxed around the chill area. I also had two massages to help my painful shoulder, The rooms were cleaned every day perfectly, We are leaving tomorrow & we feel like crying. From the cleaners to the manager, thank you so much. We desperately needed a good holiday & we got a magic one. See you again soon! X

Room was very clean and well maintained, 2 steps down to the sleeping area very dangerous in the night to use the bathroom. TV in the room with no English channels, coffee cups in the room tiny/take a mug if you like a nice cuppa. Food was very samey and could be hotter, also had to queue to get in the dining room on a few occasions. Steep steps from reception to rooms, we are all able but struggled with our cases. Chill out area was quiet most the time but having the football/sports area next to it was noisy at times. Hotel advertises a couple of restaurants on site, however we were on all inclusive and the Italian restaurant was not included unless you were on inclusive plus. Husbands wanted to watch a couple of football matches but the only TV showing the games we're in a bar only for all inclusive plus. Maids start very early in the morning which I understand but parking their trolley outside our room door every morning and talking at the tops of their voices was very annoying, no lie ins here! Unfortunately 3 out of the 4 of us caught a virus on the second day of our 7 night break, our Jet2 reps were great and the manager of the hotel rang and checked everything was OK and offered his assistance, which was a nice touch. The staff were pleasant and attentive, Hotel was a short walk to the beach, bars and shops. But all in all we wouldn't return to this hotel.
