Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat leichte gebrauchsspuren, aber alle Geräte haben funktioniert, alle Türen und Fenster ließen sich öffnen und schließen und das Bett war bequem. Das Personal an der Reception war freundlich und sprach auch ein passables Englisch, so das eine normale kommunikation möglich war.
Die Ausstattung des Apar**ents ist ewas minimalistisch ausgelegt und wirkt bunt zusammengesucht.

I’m currently staying here in room 79, I don’t normally leave reviews, and have left it 7 days to review these appts,but find it hard to understand some criticism of this appt, the standard is really good, rooms have everything you need , breakfast was super for 5 euros 50 , the service behind the bar is excellent the girls are very polite and welcoming , the Estrella is 2 euro 50 , rooms have been cleaned to a decent standard every other day. Finally the lifeguard how has had some criticism works really hard, looking / testing the water all day long, repairing the sunbeds which nobody notices, emptying the bins he never stops , sorry for the long review , but thought it necessary.

We've been to Lanzarote a few times and this is one of the best places we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean. Staff are lovely - one of the gardeners gave me 3 massive oranges from one of the trees near our apar**ent - they were delicious. Unusually for this type of accommodation the food in the poolside bar was lovely - we'd often go out for breakfast but the full English here was delicious. Apar**ent was cleaned every two days with fresh towels. First morning I noticed there was no kettle so I popped to reception and a kettle was delivered in about 30 mins. Pool is clean with a lifeguard on duty all the time. Beds were never full but some need a little TLC as they are a bit saggy. Supermarket is about a 5 min walk away as well as Jordi's bar for a sneaky early evening pint. And about a 10 min walk to the beach for the pre-breakfast swim. Nothing to complain about at all in Jabel. Don't get me wrong - this is not a 5 star hotel, it's self-catering apar**ents - but is as clean as one and for the price it's exceptional value. Definitely recommend this aparthotel. Booking to go back here at Easter.

This was my 4th visit to the apar**ents and can’t fault the cleanliness of them, some of the apar**ents on the street are being updated and the wee bar beside reception is being renovated but there was no noise issues and the WiFi has been boosted so there is no problem with it now. The reception staff especially Cely were lovely and helpful. The Pool Bar is always the best, Mercedes, Mark, Grant and Nikki always make you feel so welcome and it was lovely to meet Frankie for the first time, look forward to seeing you all next time.

On arrival check in was prompt and the reception team very helpful. The location of the apar**ents is great just back from the main ***** and easy walk of Del Carmen Old Town. The rooms are excellent and fresh. The Pool is very good and the pool bar and restaurant is excellent, brilliant staff and the food is very good. All around this is my second time here and already booked for November. Brilliant

Myself and my partner hadn't stayed in these apar**ents before but we will definitely be back! We stayed in room 98 which was in the main part of the hotel itself (this had a gate at night and we felt safe) the room itself was spacious and had been done up recently, the beds were comfy and the ceiling fan was an added bonus! The room was cleaned every 2nd day and towels were also changed! Breakfast in the hotel was €5.50 and this was lovely and extras could also be added, the hotel also had a variety of live football matches available to watch too! The pool area had plenty of sunbeds (but so did my balcony which got the sun all day which was a bonus!) Cely on reception can't do enough for you and other staff and the bar staff were all lovely and always there to help also! We will definitely be back to this hotel, its in a great location and despite work going on at the time of our stay this didn't bother us at all! Thank you!! ☺️

Great appar**ents very spacious. Cleaners come every other day.great location. The beds are memory foam same as the pillow. I slept like a baby.The ceiling fan in the bedroom is fantastic. Plenty of wardrobe space.bathroom it's fine but the very small bath for me needs ripping out made into a shower. The curtains are black out curtains there really good.i just had the standard room .The pool bar fantastic reasonable prices. Food nice.The pool to cold for me..but lovely. Local to the appar**ents is two supermarkets. A lovely bar called the snug bar near that a lovely Chinese Golden chopsticks real close to the ***** every bar and restaurant you can think of .lovely beach.would I come back to these appar**ents yes I would. There refurbishing some of the appar**ents working there way through them.

Excellent apar**ents in a great location, rooms are very clean and have been recently upgraded by the looks of it. Food and drinks in the pool bar are excellent and good prices, nice friendly staff in the bar as well. A few bars and shops on your doorstep and the ***** a few minutes away. Would definitely recommend .staying here
