Overall it is great all inclusive hotel. Let's start of... LOCATION - 5 mins walk from the beach, another 10-15 mins walk from shops, bars and restaurants FOOD - yes, one of the best all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner we've ever had, honestly big choice and really tasty HEATED SWIMMING POOL- we went in april and heated swimming pool was actually heated even though there was around 25 degrees. REALLY GOOD EVENING ENTERTAINMENT STAFF - nice, friendly and polite, definitely they do their best either in the restaurant, reception or cleaning rooms. And finally... ROOMS - based on our stay, we probably got a room in worst location with not impressive view, however really good size, clean and you don't spend all day in there. Let's be honest, this is really good, enjoyable hotel either for couples or families.

Very nice hotel complex, I would give it 5 stars but it was a bit older and some areas were run down. However, the food was good, the staff were excellent! The free wifi is good, the location is good, the room was very very clean!! Comfy beds and pillows, LOADS OF SUNBEDS WITH "NO TOWELS ON BED" RESERVATION RULE ;))) Just one thing that would be very important if you go mid-summer, the room had NO AIR-CON!! The ceiling fan was fine in April but I cannot imagine how hot this would be in August?? (I'm just going to add one more time how nice and friendly all the staff were, it makes a difference)

The hotel was very comfortable and a great experience for kids. The food was great, staff very friendly and animation team did a great job! We were in a separate section with its own pool, plenty of chance to relax and swim. Our kids enjoyed the food, animation and visits very much.

We are on the last night here and we feel really sorry our holiday is finishing and can’t wait to come back . Everything was absolutely nice and can’t believe ppl leave bad reviews , honestly we was a bit worried before arriving as we seen the reviews but when we got here everything was nice , rooms a bit dated but clean and we didn’t really care about old furniture. Food tastes nice, with a fussy child and she had always something to eat and she loved it . Drinks absolutely fine , thank you Levi for the nice cocktails .Entertainment team brilliant, don’t remember all the names but Manu, Vivi, Francesca do a great job and we had fun every day and night. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone and hope to see you soon !

The whole team are brilliant from front desk to the animation team, it has brilliant bar staff and 2 biggish sized pools, there is aload of things going on throughout the whole day for the adults and kid's. The food can be a little repetitive but is lovely food. I have been here 2 times and would recommend relaxia to anyone and will definitely be coming back.

The entertainment is excellent by being kind and friendly. The food service is sooo good that i could live here and when it is your brithday the staff is the kindest ever. There are so many activities i love water polo it is my favourite so i think it is the best.

We came for 11 nights but wish we were stopping for life. The location is exceptional, all the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food can get a little repetitive if you're here for a long time but it's always freshly made and enjoyable. The entire entertainment team are a credit to the hotel and the Broadway show is not to be missed. The rooms could do with a little updating but they're clean, comfy and have everything you need.

The entertainment team is really good they make everyone included and happy always smiling with a good attitude always fun the food has a food selection there is something for everyone the rooms are alottle dated but always clean and tidy with excellent maid service nothing is to much trouble

4th time at this hotel and it is always like being at our second home. The staff are all so friendly and remember us, nothing is too much trouble for them. The entertainment team of Amelia, Manu, Anass, Camila and Francesca are amazing and we loved joining in all activities.
