I gave this a 3 out of 5 because the staff are nice,and it is in a good location. But the towels in the room are threadbare some have holes in them The worst part is when in a nice hot place like Lanzarote through the day,The night time is so different quite cold. So when the rooms are unheated only air con for cool air, they have set the air conditioner so as you cannot use it to warm the room up and this is no good the only way to get warm is in bed Will not be back

Booked directly with the hotel and had a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor directly leading out onto the pool area. No issues with getting a sun-bed for the 4 days although I did travel midweek and out off the school holiday’s so not sure if this made a difference but there was plenty off beds stacked up. Location off the apartments was great and centrally located and room was clean. For the price I paid I was extremely happy and would return in the future.

We were really disappointed that TUI market these apartments as more than what they are - if you take them at 2* face value, you’re less likely to be disappointed. Good points: Pool (although they were all cold in April) Location - easy walk down to the beach and busy promenade Supermarket 2 mins away Bad points: Towels were threadbare and had holes in them Food was awful, especially buffets Beds were old and stained Apartments are in need of repair and update (for example: we reported a broken towel rail, hanging on by one screw and it wasn’t fixed in the 7 days we were there) Apartments kitted out for self catering but only 2 outside chairs (for 4 people) only 2 bowls etc

Absolutely the rudest man I ever met at check in. Everyone else after that was quite friendly tho. Beds and brollys broken. Not very comfortable 😕, especially if you plan on sitting by the pool for any amount of time.Some morning there is a rush for beds . Pool bar was lovely and great food. Rooms were OK. I asked for a downstairs room near reception and got an upstairs as far away from reception as possible. Pool ladders and steps are quite steep and anyone with any mobility issues will find it hard to access the pools except the main pool that has a ramp. Rooms are a great size, bed was comfy. Lots of midgets and flys about hence the industrial strength spray they use in all rooms. Up 2 hills, very steep and shop opposite the complex is very expensive

Not a bad hotel place was clean and staff was friendly and location was good the only thing was the bed wars as per usual with family hotels

From my understanding the hotel is made up of multiple small hotels that merged together. As a result there are three or four distinct areas, and 2 pools in different places, which was nice. You can choose which pool you want to go in and which is in a quieter area. There is also a splash pad. I recall enjoying the breakfast buffet although I visited in 2021 so I cannot remember the details of what the food was like. Our room was very reasonable, our balcony overlooking the pool but also very secluded. The hotel didn't have many facilities, I don't think there was any evening entertainment, but the area was lovely. We got a hire car as usual and were able to visit attractions the island has to offer, and we also went jet-skiing from the marina nearby. It is just a short walk down the hill to the seafront where there are a plethora of restaurants, and a lovely beach.

Stayed in PDC many many times but first time staying here.Lovely apartments cleaned every other day.Plenty for the kids to do with splash pools and smaller kiddies pool....a large heated pool was great. Reception staff were brilliant particularly the lady who booked us in and checked us out ....look no further 😎👍

We only stayed for 2 nights for my husband’s 50th, but we had a great time. Reception staff friendly & attentive. Our apartment was huge & we got the sea view & upper floor as requested. Great location for the main *****. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Lanzarote.

Second time staying at these apartments. We had a quiet room 3128 with a no exit pass us which great. Apartments are spacious and equipped with enough cooking facilities for rustle up light lunches. Good WiFi and English channels on TV, handy when the temperature dropped in the evenings. Staff were friendly and complex kept clean. The location is the seller for us as well because only a short walk to the front. Found the bed topper mattress difficult as it always ended up hanging over the edge of the bed no matter how many times one made the bed. Will return again as good value for money
