Lani's Suites de Luxe - Adults Only

Stayed at the Lani Suites for a weekend and having stayed in great hotels across the world, this is definitely top of my list. From the moment you arrive the service is incredible, with little personal touches during our stay. The room was amazing with great views of the ocean, the mini bar was always re-stocked and to top it all the singer on the Saturday evening was incredible. Definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant if you are celebrating a special occasion, or you just want to treat yourself to a little luxury getaway ❤️

We are literally sitting in the airport and had to write this review because we miss Lani's already! From the moment we walked in to when we left we felt like we were so special. We stayed in Lani's for 6 lovely nights, where we were right amidst the business but felt a million miles away from it at the same time. Swimming pool/beach: the pool is so beautiful and relaxed, with a full view of the sea and sun loungers that were never full. Staff are attentive and bring a free cocktail and a small dessert out for guests once a day, which is lovely. Soft drinks, water, fruit slices and ice are self service at the pool, which really helps when it's super hot. Restaurant: We ate dinner here twice, lunch twice and ate our breakfast here everyday. Everything was lovely (my favourite was the fillet steak) and the service was incredible no matter what time of day. Breakfast is all cooked to order with a nice selection and you can avail of this until 12pm, which we did a few times which was such a treat. Gym: The gym is available for guests 24 hours. It is directly across the road from Lani's suites. If the building is open you can take the lift down to -2, the gym is at the back of the car park (the car park is incredible looking by the way!). If the building is closed, you can walk through the car park barrier and then to floor -2, where the gym is at the back of the car park. It has towels, water, air conditioning and a toilet. It is small but had everything we needed. Staff: We don't even know where to begin here. Not a single staff will let you pass them without saying hello, chatting, or giving a smile. A special shout out to Miriam, who was our first impression of Lani's and made everything so enjoyable from start to finish. She went above and beyond and made us feel like friends, chatting to us and giving us lots of local tips for restaurants which did not disappoint. Jonathan and his team in the restaurant were incredible. The cleaners were fantastic with the rooms left immaculate and a turn down service that was so thoughtful. We didn't get any treatments but the spa staff were so friendly and chatty at the pool. And of course, Mr Lani who goes around introducing himself and getting to know guests. We truly believe he has created a little paradise and we're very thankful. Thoughtful Touches: again, where to start. The extras in the room for a start; sun hats, baggage weighing scales, soft drinks, beer, Cava topped up daily in the fridge. Daily snacks left in room (crisps, nuts, chocolate). Flowers left on the bedding, toothbrushes and any toiletries you need already there. The one that really gave an added sense of luxury was the fact that you can have your laundry done free of charge, which we availed of twice, meaning we have little to no washing to do when we get home, something that will soften the blow of going home to normal life. 4th visit to Lani’s and it was exceptional as always. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your staff perfect. The design, decor and aesthetic is gorgeous and creates a beautifully peaceful tranquility. The beachfront location is breathtaking, the food is tantalising and the service is second to none.

My first visit of Lanzarote and I hit jackpot with hotel selection. This is one of the best hotels ever. It is very small but with service and kindnes of all people working here for 6 stars. Whatever you need they provide, sometimes even before you need it In one word - IMPECCABLE!

An oasis in the madness of Puerto del Carmen. Staff can’t do enough for you and are always happy and smiling. They all seem genuinely happy in their work. The little touches from pre trip welcome contact to all the little extras in the room, the lunchtime cocktail and food samples and the attention to detail make this place a luxury oasis. The staff never stopped, cleaning, gardening, keeping on top of maintenance the whole 9 days of our stay. We loved it so much we have booked 2 more trips.

This was our third stay at Lani's Suites de Luxe. The hotel is as beautiful and clean as ever, and the staff is still welcoming (special thanks to Jonathan for his advice on visiting the island and to Sabrina and Alejandro for their help and kindness). We could enjoy an early check-in, which we appreciated a lot. Our room was great and spotlessly clean, the housewives made a very good job throughout our stay. We were also proposed a mini-bar customized to our tastes (good idea). On the other hand, we noticed a lower quality of service in the restaurant : it was sometimes slow although there were not many occupied tables, and the waiters made mistakes or omissions at every breakfast we had (the absence of Antonio and Fernando was sorely felt). This is something that needs to be improved for a hotel of this standing. But in my opinion, the biggest issue is the room rates that have increased drastically the last three years (55% increase!). And the loyalty program is rather restrictive : repeaters are eligible for a 10% discount when they reach 30 nights with them (our total nights is 21 after three stays :o( That's why our fourth stay in Lanzarote will be at another hotel which will be cheaper for the same services.
