First off, this is a great hotel.. no doubt. It is clean, has all the amenities one would expect(and probably more than closer to the beach hotels have), great rooms, and friendly staff. We arrived by taxi, €25 from the airport. The room wasn't ready but we were very early. They offered us a secure place to store luggage and a promise of a call to let us know when room ready(about an hour and half later). We had a 1 bed apar**ent, ground floor, 140, perfect. No noise at night-time, bedroom lovely and dark and cool. One pet hate on holidays is bad, cheap mattress...this doesn't. Really comfortable. Kitchenette had everything you would need on holidays, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, hob, toaster, and microwave. All looked new, and the place has been refurbished. The bathroom has a huge, powerful shower... no bath. Lots of light, space, proper towels, etc. Little patio area out front, caught the evening sun- perfect. And very close to pool, bar and restaurant. Don't love it when everything is a long walk away. There are 3 pools, but 1 is kinda the main one where everyone goes. The lil kids pool is small and perfect. Water is cold initially but grand once you are in. The pool side bar and cafe are ideal for snacks and lunch, etc. Reasonably priced very friendly staff. Haven't eaten in the restaurant as we tend to wander down the old or new town. But the menu looks great, and the interiors are gorgeous. They so kindly delivered a bottle of cava for my birthday, nice surprise. Yes, is isn't on the main ***** and is a lil walk away, but I like that! More peaceful. You can go left and climb stairs down to the ***** or go right and be at shopping centre and Old Town very quick. Will I recommend and more importantly return?? Absolutely. Some fab restaurants we ate in; La Cascada -steak house Mumbai Musala- indian Enjoy - Chinese La Lanterna Italian La Casa Parmigna italian
