We stayed at the Best Western Puerto Natales for 5 days during our trip to see Torres del Paine, the Milodón Caves, puerto Natales and southern Patagonia. The hotel staff was wonderful, the room adequate but comfortable, the food good and the view beautiful. The hotel has just recently changed names so gets confused with the Border Glacier in downtown Puerto Natales. You will need to know this if taking a taxi or asking for directions. It is a little ways out of Puerto Natales, but you can take Ubers, taxis or rent a car. Don’t try to take an Uber from the airport, however. Take a taxi. This hotel is only 30 minutes to the Milidon Caves and about 1 1/2 hours from a Torres del Paine. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Puerto Natales. I would stay here again:)

Couple of miles out of town with ZERO signage, which is ok but very hard to location (find the turn off) and almost impossible at night. Not available on google maps or Apple.
Staff friendly and spoke English.
Breakfast limited and below other hotels in area.
Room clean and WiFi good.

Great little spotless hotel. Staff all great and good location with amazing views. Adequate breakfast and restaurant and bar also good. It is 2 hours to TDP but we knew this before. Location outside of town also a blessing. Not a negative, but I charged meals to room and when I paid they tried to charge in USD and had rounded up the items. I insisted on paying in CLP which they did and saved a 2nd conversion to CAD and about 90 CAD. So all in all very happy with this place.

A great hotel with a view from every room. A clean and cabin like look inside. Awesome staff thanks to Daniel and Nancy!!!! Dining room has a great view with very open and bright ambience. Our room was in 3rd floor for the first 2 nights and then second floor for another 2 nights. Both great view, comfy beds and pillows but very very small. No table to sit and do paperwork’s or write journals or sit and have coffee and enjoy the view. They charge 25$ USD for dirty towels!? About a mile walk to town , but it’s located on top of a hill and on the way back , one needs to catch his breath. We enjoyed our stay and will go back. They have a great hut tub outside overlooking the great fjord. It needs to be reserved. Will go back.

Terrible road into hotel. Staff very rude and don't trust them. Souvenir wine glass stolen from room and front staff said it was our problem. Didn't want to even try to find. Unsafe feeling. Do not recommend this place.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Exceptional front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel is located in between the airport and the town which makes it ideal. We rented a car for a couple of days which allowed us to go to visit Torres del Paine on our schedule. We did visit the hot tub at the hotel but not the sauna.

The view from the room was very beautiful. We had to drive on a dirt road for a good distance to get to the main road and the ride was bumpy. The road to the property needs to be tarred for ease of accesss. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I typically don't leave negative reviews, however I this one is warranted. We booked this hotel as a bit of a splurge to celebrate the end of our hike in Patagonia. One big selling point was thay they had hot tubs which would have been very welcome after spending a week on the trail. When we arrived, we were very much looking forqard to getting a shower. Unfortubstely there was no hot water. We also found that our double room had two single beds. When we address these issues with the staff they did nothing to help. I can understand that they aren't plumbers and can't fix the water on a whim, however when I inquired about getting a cold shower then jumping in the hot tubs they wanted to charge an additional $35000 CLP and said it woukd take at least an hour to get the hot tubs running. It was a frustrating experience.
The good is that the facilities are new and modern and the rooms have a great view. Unfortunately the staff weren't as nice as the hotel.

This hotel was booked for us as part of a tour. It's about 2km outside of Puerto Natales on a hill overlooking the inlet from the Pacific with snowcapped mountains in the background. The rooms are clean and have a rustic decor. The view from the rooms is like a postcard. It is a nice 40 minute walk along the sea to get into town, or a $4000 peso ($6 Canadian) cab fare. The staff are very friendly, and keep the hotel running smoothly. The breakfast was great, and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant one night. I would highly recommend this hotel.
