This was our second time staying. It was super family friendly. Near alot of cool touristy and not so tourists spots. Definitely recommend. Only down fall is it has many many stairs.

We came for the weekend and the location was great , the staff in the front was very welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean and they overlooked the ocean it was so beautiful. It comes with a fridge , microwave, coffee machine and table plus a pull out sofa. The restrooms were nice the only down fall was the water didn’t get really hot but overall it was great. I would highly recommend. For a night in the room we reserved was a total of $125.00 that was already including the taxes.

This property is really nice and no matter what section you stay at it's a short distance to the ocean. Also is within 2 min walk from all the seafood restaurants in the area.

The hotel does not offer an elevator. It was hard for my mother to come up and down the steep stairs. When I notified the front desk they did give me the option to park near the heliport and pick my mom up there. A staff member was there with a wheelchair to take her to the room. Thanks to the staff they did an excellent job accommodating her.
The downstairs bedroom window did not lock… but i had a comb that fit perfectly there to prevent the window from opening.
Overall, we had a wonder stay. Room was nice and comfy. Friendly staff.

Great location for families. The place is undergoing construction and pool maintenance which should be ready next month. I honestly felt safe and it’s walking distance to many restaurants in Puerto Nuevo. The place is also clean and restaurant on site had descent food and good price. I would come back and we already planned our next trip in February. The pools should be open 2/08/24. I am looking forward to our next family trip.

wasn't no toilet paper no air conditioner, toilet was clogged service over all was poor. I'd checked out on January 1 do to the conditions my family wasn't comfortable

Dinner at the restaurant was ok. The waiter dropped a drink right next to me and didn’t clean it up. My order was incorrect and there was only two tables busy in the restaurant. Will not be coming back. Over priced no price match even though rooms way cheaper than when I booked in august

Everything was nice except there is a few things I would changed
1-Pools needs new railings
2-Outside stairs need rails
3- Tile from the pool needs to be repaired there were few broken tiles which caused me to slip twice while swimming
Good things****
1-Staff Very friendly and professional guards-my family and I felt very safe they were very helpful with giving directions.
2-Rooms were as shown in fotos
3-Friendly front staff
