I did not stay at the hotel with you I have to pay again because trip. Com lied to me when I was there at the hotel they did not keep my reservation like they told me
I book for two adults and kids stay free laying to me because it wasn’t like that. All I want now is my refund back and the money that I had to pay for my son all because trip. Com lied to me
That’s not fair I want my money back

Big Mama, Piña Colada and Cuchy were great, they made me feel so happy, ill go back soon. Very professional and kind people.

The staff is amazing and likes to make sure everyone is having a good time. There is entertainment all day. The food is great! My second time at this resort. The rooms can use a little updating the TV wasn’t working/ internet issues and no updated usb for phone charging. I asked at the lobby and was told tv works sometimes (not acceptable) otherwise i will highly reccomend!

Pros: clean room, friendly staff, beautiful beach area
Cons: during our 3 night stay, we were only able to make one reservation at the restaurants. We thought we would be able to eat at the restaurants for each dinner. We ended up having to eat at the buffet for every meal except one. The buffet was okay but got repetitive. Also, there is music every night until 11pm- just FYI.

The staff at the property were genuinely friendly, helpful and provided excellent service! The food was very good as was the entertainment team. The beach was lovely and the life guard took his role very seriously to keep visitors safe on the rough ocean days.

The New Year’s Eve wasn’t what I expected, the show was boring, the same as always, nothing special, they don’t give the new year hat, glasses thing like that.

Great vacation , clean hotel and friendly staff. Carlos the server was very helpful , pool was nice and clean and the bar was nice. Shows at night, they have to improve. The Asian dinner was amazing love it .

I really liked the people I interacted with at the hotel. They were all courteous, friendly and helpful. The only major disappointment were issues I had with my room key. It often didn’t work, for reasons I was told. However I should have never been required to go back and forth to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed on one occasion three times. I additionally the first room assigned did not have any operational locks??????
