A&A Plaza Hotel

Hotel was nice but we turned up and the room we had booked was not available. Got upgraded was nice but the toilet was leaking every time we flushed and so was the bath into the room. Bed was comfy and the aircon worked well. Staff all very helpful.

From the hotel description it is not clear that this is an older property not so well maintained . But staff are friendly and helpful. The other guests at hotel were very noisy so it was difficult to fall asleep, especially inconvenient when we needed to wake up at 4.30am for a 6am flight. But very low price so should have expected experience to be mediocre. The one department which stan’s out is the very friendlyAiroort shuttle driver who went out of his way to assist and transfer took only 5min. So overall ok.

Lovely hotel. Basic requirements met. Was flying early and a free airport shuttle was provided. Staff incredibly helpful. Rooms comfy

Accommodating staff.. it's good and cheap for..

Booked this hotel mainly because of its location adjacent the airport and complimentary airport shuttle. We were coming off a 7 hr drive from El Nido and had another 7 hrs until our flight to Manila. We used the room for a quick nap and shower and it served its purpose. Room was clean and AC was cold. Shower pressure was average but no hot water. I went to eat at their dining room and the first three times the waiter took my order he came back to tell me it was unavailable. At that point I’d just asked him to give me the list of what’s available and I’ll choose. They had rib tips and rice and it wasn’t too bad. All staff were friendly as well.
