Clean and tidy rooms really nice staff. A good choice of breakfast daily, with a pool bar, and a mini- supermarket and bakery onsite. Apartments have a good aspect, and the terraces are very large. Would recommend a stay at the Terrazamar Sun Suites.

This hotel deserves more than 3 stars .it's so clean and friendly .rooms are a good size with all the amenities you need .cleaners come in and change bedding and towels every day .The little cafe bar do great food and reasonable prices .this is our 1st time in gran caneria and we definitely comming back to this hotel .there's plenty of pools and tennis courts if you fancy a lazy day and it's 5 min walk to the main strip.

I can’t recommend the Terrazamar and Sunsuites enough we arrived on the 19th September for 10 nights and left on Sunday 29th September, we weren’t being picked up until 6pm so I asked to keep our room until then and it was no problem at all. , I paid 30€ and we had our room until our coach picked us up which was great we stayed in the Terrazamar room 0604 which was fantastic, on the same level as the pool . The apartments are great, balconies are huge and are the best I have stayed in since coming on holidays to Gran Canaria since 2018. Very clean and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming . I have recommended these apartments to all my friends and family and I cannot wait to come back again next year with my family. I also used the pool at the sun suites and it was fantastic also the bakery for my favourite chicken salad baguettes and the selection of savoury foods and cakes is excellent and so cheap. I would highly recommend Terazamar and Sunsuites and would like to thank all the staff who made this such a wonderful holiday for me .❤️

We have stayed at the sun suite several times in the past but for a change wanted to try the Royal levels, For anyone that hasn't been to this hotel before the main selling point is the huge balconies which you could have a 5 a side football game on, The rooms are nothing special & too be honest with everyone hyping this hotel up on social media its starting to get a little to expensive for what it supplies, In the past we have booked in June & it cost us just over £600, In September about £850, Earlier this year we looked at booking for November & they wanted just shy of £4,000 yip that's not a typo almost £4k for a 3 star room with rubbish aircon & you still have flights & spending money so a cheap holiday its not at about £7k, We are going to Dom Rep for 2 weeks next year all inclusive in a 5 star hotel for less than £4k, Anyway back to the review, The royal levels are right at the top of this hotel complex with the Sun suites being across the road & down 3 flights in a lift, A walk along to another lift to go another 8 flights down & a walk along to get to the reception then if you are going into the centre its across a road into another lift & down 6 flights to get to the gate to take you out to the street, We are not put off with the walk as it gets our steps up & we would have been happy with this if it wasn't for the fact the Royal suites are nothing special, When we arrived the aircon was blowing warm air, I tried to call reception using the phone in the room but it wasn't working so i went down & reported it to the lady on reception 11 levels down as there is no reception in the Royal levels & she said she would get it fixed that night, We went out to meet another couple who we were on holiday with who were staying in the Terrazamar on level 5 & their aircon was the same as ours in fact we spoke to several other family's who said the same about their aircon, Nothing was done about our aircon that night so the next day again down 11 levels to the reception to be told by the same lady that she would get it fixed, When we went back to the room after a hard days sunbathing the aircon had been switched down from 18c to 16c ( we couldn't do this as we didn't get a remote & we were told they didn't have one for that room but we did have a remote for the tv that didn't work ? ) anyway the aircon was still blowing out warm air, I bought a wall thermometer & put it in the room & it was showing 28c & it wasn't lying it was roasting in the room, Another trip down 11 levels to the reception to inform a gentleman who was on the desk that we had tried our best to bare with them but we would need a room change, He told us that it wouldn't be possible that day but to come back the next day & he would sort it for us, We went back to our room & 10 minutes later a handyman turned up to look at the aircon, He opened the front of the unit tapped it with a screwdriver a couple of times & left with a one word sentence LISTEN ? not sure what we were supposed to

Arrived on Monday evening with Jet2 holidays, this is Saturday,. Check in very smooth, always nice to be recognised as a return guest. Told us we’d get wine delivered to room the next day as is usual, still waiting! A bottle of wine isn’t important but why say it and not do it? Paid a bit more for Royal Suites, they are nicely furnished and have very comfortable beds. Disappointed that the pool isn’t open as was looking forward to a peaceful pool. No one from Jet2 advised of this, check in didn’t tell us either, no notices anywhere only found out when we arrived on 5th floor to find the door locked. A couple of days later asked at royal reception if the pool would be open any time soon and the only answer was “No”! As usual the apartment complex is lovely and clean, staff very pleasant and the balconies and position of complex in the resort makes up for a lot. We will be back soon
