Excellent apartments stunning views of Puerto Rico Really helpful staff nothing too much Had a bad start to holiday left purse on plane receptionist helped phoning airport to arrange getting it back can’t thank him enough !!!! For a family holiday this place ticks all the boxes Lovely pool with lifeguard Pool bar Live entertainment Brilliant holiday can’t wait till next year winter sun 😎

Great holiday. Amazing views from balcony great location lovely restaurants and bars. Plenty of stuff to do. Can’t wait to rebook and come again. The apartment was kept clean and tidy. Massive balcony and plenty of space to sunbathe or just chill

Location wise perfect! Out back gate and right to restaurants souvenir shops and down to beach. Straight over to Mogan Mall for shopping and more restaurants. Also one of the biggest SPAR shops I’ve ever seen! Stayed 1/11 to 8/11 weather beautiful. Not too far from airport. Very warm greeting from man at reception ?Victor Who explained everything very clearly and was always very helpful throughout our stay. A few problems with aircon and hot water but these were addressed straight away. Beautiful balcony which was very large and had sun loungers plus table chairs and umbrella for shade. As some people say some of the rooms do look a bit ‘tired’ but they were always clean. Maybe a deep clean of some of the door frames would be good as ours had a lot of dirty marks on them. Only thing that was a bit annoying was a lifeguard listening to music on his phone which was not good when you were trying to read! Thank you for a relaxing stay 😃

We are just back from spending two weeks at Terrazamar our 6th time staying here. We booked a high floor and were allocated an apartment 605 on the sixth floor which was ideal. Great apartment with a large terrace which got the sun from 8.30am until 5.30pm and is furnished with sun beds, table and chairs. Water bottle in the fridge on arrival which was much appreciated. Safety deposit box in bedroom and shower gel is now provided. Great location, 5 -10 minutes walk to Morgan Mall shopping centre and 20 minutes to Puerto Rico beach, another 20 mins coastal path walk to Amadoras beach, well worth the walk. A drawback of the stay was the bottom gate to get in/out with room key is terrible, one day it works next day it doesn't and therefore no easy access to shopping centre which means a walk up/down a steep hill. Another drawback was guy comes round at 5 .45pm advising pool area will be closing at 6.00pm, on our previous stays it closed at 7.00pm. The website also says pool area is open until 7.00pm. Complex was clean, staff friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or return in the future especially if bottom gate is working and pool area is open until 7.00pm.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in. So very friendly and helpful. WiFi is the best I've found in a hotel, easy to watch Netflix on a laptop if needed. Learn the lifts and you don't need to use any steps, all the way from the main road to the top floor. I would like to see where the beds can be fasten together to stop them parting if needed. The hotel is full of people who always return to this hotel and next year I will be another one.

I stayed at the terrazamar for first time and have to say it was brilliant. The place was spotless with the cleaners round everyday except Sunday and if I needed clean towels I only had to ask. The kitchen came with washing up liquid etc which is a big bonus. There is also water in fridge on your arrival. Hairdryer in bathroom which I have to say was good I had booked ground floor superior room but as my partner is in wheelchair and spending most of the time in balcony (which is huge by the way) it doesn’t have a view other than the road. But after speaking to reception I was moved to 3rd floor. The staff are amazing and a special shout out to Victar who helped me so much. Pool is on 6th floor as is reception so I will be asking for that when I go again…already saving

This hotel is in a great location close to the shopping centre.It has 3 different blocks treezamar,sunsuites and Royal all fantastic rooms,2 pools which were clean and spacious the staff were super friendly and helpful.Also had aircon and a safe,laundry room,showers,minimarket,bakery and a bar.Would stay here again 1000%

This is our 3rd stay at The Terrazamar in the last 12 months and also stayed a few years ago in the sunsuites. This time went with family members who had never been before. We had 3 appointments for the 5 of us, all in the terrazamar, 2 on 6th floor and 1 on 4th floor. Prefer to be staying at this block as only one lift down to main gate to get to shops, bars, restaurants etc. the apartments are basic but clean, comfy beds, good shower, free safe, fantastic balcony which is what makes us want to stay here. But they are now a bit tired and in need of upgrading like their other properties in PR. Aircon which is free is a hit or a miss although our apartment was good the other 2 weren’t as cool. The umbrellas around the pool are a nightmare, half of them broken! The gate to get in/out with room key is terrible, one day it works next day you are shouting through the gate for someone to let you in….not much fun when it happens at 3am 🙈. The staff are all lovely and they are definitely an asset to the company from cleaners to reception. Would i stay here again….probably going to give it a miss for the rest of this year but have priced it for April 25 and unless the prices change will be looking elsewhere.
