Me and my family loved our stay.
Came with a 4 & 3 year old and they had lots of fun and activities.
We will definitely be back!

There’s no sun all day until late the afternoon.
The entire pool are is in shade completely until 2pm.
Kids club literally sucks. Food was ok nothing special. One week I felt the heat the same food over time. Stuff was really good. Nice people and very helpful.

The property is nice and mostly clean. The pools could use some updating as they are quite rusty. The staff is so nice and service was exceptional. Overall I would recommend; great service, great views, great dining experiences and very spacious rooms.

My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Grand Park Royal Vallarta. We got 2 beach view rooms. They had beautiful views, comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms.
Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful.
The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that they need more deck chairs— especially in the sunny areas.

The staff was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and able to accommodate my needs. The only thing that I didn’t like was the food. I tried all the available restaurant and still didn’t like the food. Had to leave the hotel for other food. The property is self was pretty clean. The pools was clean. Will probably come back. Just have to find food somewhere else.

The food was absolutely terrible. Alcohol was very limited to only 2 optionsRoom was clean. Staff was okay.
However, the food smelled absolutely horrible. I ordered a calamari appetiser and I got 3 pieces, literally 3 rings. And it wasn’t even good.
