房間設施太差勁樂，地理位置一級棒下樓就是海邊，是個老的酒店，一共住了4天。早飯一般般。

Some of the older buildings are in need of an upgrade. Some of the mattresses are too springy, especially in the tall block. The chairs with material look like they’ve never been cleaned. The walls for the bathrooms and even bedrooms need a repaint.
The pictures on ******* need to match the rooms available because otherwise you will book a room that looks one way online and another in person.
Make sure you insist for the room you paid for and we’re expecting.
Great bellboys and the managers did manage to resolve any issues I had swiftly. Phone and iron weren’t working in my room though.

A little dated but was fine. We didn’t stay all inclusive so can’t comment on food or drinks. People would pile loungers on top of loungers to save for hours and show up late so if you wanted a lounger you had to head down very early. Our maid service was ok, our glasses were just rinsed and sometimes coffee pot wouldn’t get cleaned. One day we were missed completely. And one day our glasses weren’t even rinsed. Towels were replaced. We didn’t get a hand towel one day. Our fridge got unplugged by maid, not sure why so luckily nothing too important in there. Otherwise everything was ok

The personal was terrible, unprofessional. The camarists nice, kinder. The front desk didn't know a thing, an awful experience, rude, etc.

Our family had a disappointing stay at Krystal Vallarta. Despite having positive experiences at Krystal Cancun and Krystal Grand Level last January, this time was subpar. Several issues like non-functional outlets, locks, and TV volume made for a frustrating stay. The kids enjoyed the pool, but it lacked sunlight due to surrounding buildings and palm trees, resulting in chilly water. Construction and maintenance issues were prevalent, and the main pool was overcrowded. Opting out of all-inclusive due to food reviews, we faced difficulties purchasing individual meals. Despite proximity to a preferred resort, we settled for Krystal Vallarta and regretted it. The hurried bracelet removal at checkout left a sour note. Overall, a disappointing use of money on this stay.

Nice place. Beach bar was a joke. Need to pay for drinks with credit card yet staff wants cash tips. They abuse that point only to frustrate you. Unbelievable to me I boycotted that bar day one. The way they make the beds up is unusual, it goes fitted sheet to blanket then a sheet on top of that, like what? Cleaning staff didn.t care forgot leave coffee didnt really clean. Tried the resturant once was thankfull i wasnt all inclusive. All they need is a quality control person

I didn’t like how breakfast wasn’t part of the stay , for such a big hotel like that breakfast should be included and when they asked us to pay , it was too pricey. And we also had to pay for parking , I didn’t like that too
