Great hotel, so so clean! We had a great stay here, it's a very quiet area of Majorica so don't book expecting lots of shops and people. There is two supermarkets, one down the hill with some restuarants & bars and one bigger one up the hill with some more restuarants etc. The one down the hill is great and has a little of everything. The hotel provides a free bus into Palma which is great, lovely place to visit. There isn't a beach in the area so to speak but there's some nice views if you like a walk. I think the hotel also provided a bus to the beach but this isn't something we used. I have never stayed in a hotel cleaned so much as this one, you would see them inside the pools scrubbing daily. The staff worked so hard, shout out to Tamara in the snack bar area. She was so lovely and Tina in the restuarant/bar. All the staff are great. The only slight let down in this is the reception staff can be a bit off putting. Not that we had any real issues here but they aren't as friendly. The men on reception however are lovely. The only real complaint so to say I had was there is a lack of food for vegan diets or anyone with allergys. I knew this before arriving as I read other reviews but I do agree with everyone. All food is labelled but these are often wrong. i.e chips but it says veal or hash browns and it says duchess potatoes. It's somewhat a guessing game and desserts are a no go as they all have generic signs. If you like your food very hot there is microwaves there as the food isn't roasting but this personal taste really. Still there was always something there and a great selection of salad bits. The pool areas are lovely, there were plently of sunbeds and we happily moved around each area daily. As I said the pools are very clean and the entertainment team kept people going around here. There is also plently of smoking areas around the hotel if you need to use them. There is a shop inside the hotel which is lovely and always well stocked, magnets, jewellery, clothing, plug adapters, fans, kids toys, food, drink, towels etc. It's a great place to visit if you are looking for a quiet holiday.

Was unsure was to expect due to very mixed reviews before our holiday. We stayed for 9 nights as a party of two adults and a one year old. First impressions were great. Everywhere was clean, quick check in and friendly reception staff. We were in block C and came to learn this was a perfect block for us to stay in, away from pool and entertainment area as this was still a little noisy later on. We were directly above the restaurant. The rooms were great. Very clean and spacious. Comfy beds, cleaners came daily. Tv with English channels which was handy for the football. Our air con was great, very easy to use and had different settings. Our key card stopped working a few times which was a bit of pain, reception staff said this was due to them being near our phones to that’s something to note. The restaurant was the biggest thing I was weary about due to very recent bad reviews for the food. We were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was amazing! Other meals times there was lots of choice. Always different meats being freshly cooked however not always labelled but the chef was happy to tell you what it was. Sometimes a queue for this but went down very quickly. Pizza and pasta bar was great! Constant flow of fresh pizza which was delicious. We stayed for 9 nights and only one occasion at lunch time there was considerably bigger queues and wait times. This was due to the weather not being great so I think everyone came in for dinner as soon as it opened. Wouldn’t rate the snack bar. There are two separate pool areas. Two general pools and then on the other side of hotel was a children’s pool area. This is where we spent most of our pool time as I had a one year old. This area was perfect for us! I will note there is no bar area at this pool only a station for fizzy drinks and water. But this was no issue for us and the bar wasn’t too far away if you did want to go and get a drink to bring around. Everywhere was very clean, and there was always cleaners around in the bathrooms and in corridor areas. We had two incidents with the lifts on our block where the doors closed before I had wheeled my pushchair completely out and both times it got stuck with my child in the pushchair. I’m assuming there’s no sensor for it to reopen if there is something in the way. So I would be careful with the lifts and try to get in and out promptly. Entertainment for us started too late. The mini disco didn’t start until 20:30-21:00 and then further entertainment at 21:30. Each night we managed a different amount of time of the mini disco with my little girl before she was too tired and we headed back to the room. Tables quickly filled up around the time of mini disco so I would recommend getting there about 15 minutes prior to get a table in the area of the stage. We never stayed for the entertainment after the mini disco so i can’t comment on this. But I can say my little girl absolutely loved the mini disco. Just got back from Globales was not sure what too expect.We had a good time staff were good cleaners excellent room cleaned everyday Animation were very good .Food was Ok did get a bit bored in the evening not much around the Hotel there is a neighbour hood vibe outside which is pleasant.There is a small shopping precinct 10 mins away with a few nice restaurants .Would recommend getting the Bus to Palma well worth a visit..Overall we had a good time and would return. Thank You.

I recently visited this hotel on a girls holiday. After really needing a break I way I was so disappointed with what we experienced. Our room was in the main block, above the reception and entertainment area. Unfortunately this meant that it was very noisy at night time. Whilst the entertainment supposedly stopped at about 11pm, music was still played from the area after this time. I understand that people would want to stay up later, however the doors to the entertainment venue were often not shut. We were a single sex group which most likely explains the placement of the room, but it unfortunately stopped us sleeping at times. I was also excited to hear that the hotel had a gym. I went in there one night to have a look what the facilities were like and my word it should not be open. It was incredibly dated and clearly not fit for use. There were no pins for any of the weighted machines and they were all rusty. If you are planning on hitting the gym whilst on holiday, don't plan on using the hotel one. There is a gym 5 minutes walk away from the hotel above the local pharmacy which looked far better. Unfortunately this is going to be a negative review but it is perfectly justified after what we experienced. The alcohol menu on the all inclusive package was incredibly limited, with the cocktails being hard to drink. The food was also very limited, with protein sources being limited at every single meal time. The salad bar and breakfast were the best things from the buffet. On our penultimate day at the resort me and a friend of mine tried the pork as it was the first time it looked appetising. Huge mistake that was. We had horrific food poisoning from this meal, with my other friend being okay as she didn't eat any. I was violently ill over 25 times, with one of us being ill in the room and the other in the reception toilet. In the morning we were both still being ill, so the other girl went down to ask what the hotel could do for us. Apparently there were no rooms available for a late checkout and they tried to say the illness was a virus when it clearly wasn't. I am a type one diabetic, with my medical condition being made incredibly hard to control when I am ill. I explained this at reception and all I was offered was a doctors visit but they could not guarantee when this would be because we were flying home that day. I then proceed to be watched by the hotel staff for the next 8 hours in the reception as there was no where to go apart from a sofa. I was clearly unwell and no one came to check on me or see if I was okay. I slept in the reception, which would have created a shocking image for new guests as they entered the hotel. But no one cared unfortunately. If you want a relaxing week away in the sun, do not stay here. The only saving grace was the entertainment team.

Hotel is a 3 star plus at best. We arrived at 2:30am with a 1 and 10 year old. Sofa bed hadn’t been made up and it had seized and we couldn’t open it, went to reception to be told nothing could be done until the morning and to just crack on with it! Luckily, an hour later my husband managed to open the bed with brute force, we didn’t however have any sheets or pillows for the bed until the following day. We had to ask for more pillows and even though a family of 4, only 2 towels were left so had to constantly ask for more. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel and the maids work well. The food was ok. Not that much choice compared to other 4 star hotels and if you didn’t get there when opened then food would be cold. We got to breakfast late one morning and the queue for the microwave was longer than the queue for food. More staff needed on the bars as always queues for drinks, only allowed 2 drinks at a time too which doesn’t make sense for families. Entertainment was boring to say the least. Doesn’t include English speaking people at all. There were a lot more activities available for other spoken languages. Too big of a gap between kids and adult entertainment too. The hotel is located with not much around but the buses the hotel provide are great. You have to book the night before and will be given a ticket. Make sure you’re back on time because the driver will only wait 1 minute past the collection time. Don’t get me wrong we had a wonderful week away as a family but won’t return to this hotel.

Went on a 10 night holiday with the Mrs and 2 kids ages 4 and 2. Had a nice time t he kids loved it, splash pool and the main pool both decent. Entertainment was good and the animation team were spot on. Food needs improvements, alot of it bland and variety doesn't change to much, was happy to go and eat out some nights. Beer was typical all inclusive watered down stuff that you drink for 12 hrs and be sober Although nothing much around the hotel , mainly residential area, there's a couple of nearby parks for the kids and the hotel puts on a free shuttle bus to palma and the beaches etc which is good. I did get my trainers nicked towards the end of our stay, I forgot my trainers by the pool when it closes at 1800, so soon as I realised I ran back to get them and they were gone and my sons were still there lol (scruff) reception said there's no cctv around the pool which I get for safeguarding etc, but also no cctv anywhere else but reception which is no good for anyone's insurance. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves , the kids made lots of friends and had fun. Wouldn't stay again, would stay at a hotel somewhere with a bit more around it in future and also the food was a let down compared to previous all inclusive holidays we've been on.

Just returned from 4 nights here. We had a lovely big room on the first floor with the biggest balcony, we found the room very clean and modern with a lovely big bathroom, a good shower and 2 big double beds which were comfy. There was also a big tv and we were able to get bbc itv etc. The air con worked it just wasn’t as cool as I’d hoped even though we had it on the coldest setting. We stayed by the main pool in the day which was busy at times but still plenty of free loungers all day. I agree with other reviews that the loungers were very close together but we just moved 2 across so they weren’t right next to others. The drinks were good, Mahou was the beer, local spirits and cocktails that were okay. Food was good, there was plenty on offer and something for everyone, however a lot of the food wasn’t labelled correctly which was a little confusing and not great if you have allergies/dietary restrictions but there are plenty of staff around to ask if you needed to know what was in something. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. We lost a watch and I found the lady on reception very helpful, she took our details and would let me know if it was handed in but luckily we found it. The only negative for me was the noise at night as we were above the bar and kids play area and one night it was very noisy until 2am but that was just people enjoying their holiday so I wouldn’t have complained and wouldn’t have asked to move as the room we had was great. The hotel is very family friendly so if you’re not looking for family friendly I wouldn’t stay here. We knew the hotel was in a residential area and there wasn’t much around but as we were here for a very short time that was fine for us. There are restaurants a short walk away but we didn’t bother, the supermarket was 5 minutes walk and had all the essentials if you need shower gel etc or want some snacks for your room and we found it was cheap! We stupidly forgot beach towels, you are able to rent from reception for 10 euros cash each but we just bought some from the hotel shop for 14 euros each. We had a great few days away!

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It really was not as advertised. We came as a couple, and expected a 4 star hotel. It was much more of a family hotel, with hen parties causing havoc on at least 3 nights of our stay. The good - The pool is quite nice, generally the hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly. There are also free shuttle buses into Palma each day (though this is needed due to how far away from everything the hotel is). The bad - On three nights, we had different hen parties screaming and shouting until around 3am. The rooms are not soundproof and ours overlooked the pool and bar area, where they congregated. The air con was completely broken for our entire stay, meaning we had to keep the balcony door open due to the heat, making the noise even worse. The bathroom smelt awful on several occasions, which presumably is from the sewage/pipe system. The hotel is isolated, with only two small supermarkets and a few restaurants within walking distance. You really have to go into Palma to experience anything or go out. The “beach” is just a long walk down a hill to some rocks. The beds were not changed for our entire 10 night stay by the cleaning staff. This is very poor. The restaurant was okay for breakfast, but lunch and dinner were quite poor most days. The same dry chips, burgers and bread, with minor changes. On at least one night there was undercooked chicken, which we didn’t eat. The queues for fresh cooked food were very long, and the food labels were almost entirely wrong. The fruit juices were artificial, not fresh, and the cups were tiny. The noise was very loud in the restaurant. Most of the food was quite cold by the time it was brought out. The cocktails at the bar were disappointing. Ready mixed “cocktails” put into a plastic cup is all you get. If you want a proper cocktail, that costs extra than the all inclusive. Overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend staying here. At best it is a below average 3 star hotel.

Pros - Cleanliness of hotel and rooms extremely good with very comfortable beds. (but no extractor fan in the bathroom) . Lovely selection of food especially the salads. Swimming pool area very clean with plenty of sun beds. Evening entertainment good. Staff very friendly and helpful especially on reception. Free daily shuttle buses to Arenal and Palmer. Cons - The Hotel is in a quiet remote location with just a few meters to a small amount of restaurants and shops/supermarket, also walking distance to a cove bay which is very rocky and no beach. The TV in the rooms is just set up in French language and not English which was promptly rectified by reception. Overall a lovely holiday
