Residency Club

Have chosen this hotel Specifically for children's play area but none of the equipment is useful. The swimming pool only allows you to go in with pool dress but there is no place to purchase inside the hotel. Children's pool is not functioning. In total it's absolutely not worth spending half the tariff for this hotel.

Hotel stay was average food quality is not good even they don’t have round th clock hot water for bathing

It is in a good location. Though, i was not able to explore the location more as my stay was for work purposes and was very brief. The overall ambience of the hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are adequate. They do not have in room freezer, though i did not miss it. I think the hotel is avoiding plastic as they did not provide plastic water bottles. They provide water in a glass bottle that you need to request them to refill. The two gripes i have (one major and another very minor) are, 1) the breakfast menu is very simple. There were not many items and the taste was strictly okay. They could have added more items and a better coffee. 2. They do not provide moisturizer in the rooms. It's their policy, though i did not understand the rationale, i did not question the wisdom behind it. Overall a good place to live but could have been better.

Location and external ambience was very good. Amenities like swimming pool were very well managed. I found the room was clean, tv and ac were fine. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Problems: drinking water however was hard water. Room was very small and was only for exactly one person. Bed was also small. Buffet breakfast was average as far as choices were concerned. (no non veg except egg burjee.

First i would like to thank all people who made my stay great. Actually each and every person with whom i interacted with, went above and beyond to make my stay great, so I thank everyone. But specifically, i would like to thank Mr Sanjay Singh sir, the general manager. He is gem of a person, and a true icon for all other staff. Other staff take inspiration from him. I would also like to thank Mr. Pramod. For me he is the highlight of the hotel. So soft spoken, so polite, so down to earth, and a true brand ambassador for the hotel. Lastly, i would like to thank mr. Ozha from the bell office. He always received me well when i arrived at the hotel, and always proactively helped me with my bags. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The highlight of this hotel is the staff here and the service you get. Fast, efficient, proactive, prompt service, every time. That too with a smile. The rooms are great. They are well-maintained, big, comfortable and luxurious. The bathrooms are also awesome, with luxurious bath amenities. The facilities at the hotel are endless. From huge pool to squash court, from pool table to lounge to children play area. All facilities of club are available to customers staying here, which is great. You wouldn't have to worry about your fitness here, they have enough facilities. The housekeeping staff is great. They clean the room well, they try to accommodate all requests, they are fast. And they do their job with a smile. Overall, i had an absolutely amazing stay here. I would recommend anyone coming to pune to stay at this hotel.

Located in the heart of city, with top class amenities and reasonable rates, Residency Club is an excellent place to stay. Food is good and so is the service.
