When coming through Puno to get to the hotel we were not overly impressed and wondering what our hotel would be like. It was on the outskirts of Puno and was great with it's own wee jetty going down to Lake Titicaca, where the boat for our trip picked us up the next day. Gardens to the rear of the hotel but nothing at the front, just the main road. Lovely bar tucked behind the reception with a cozy grate for a fire on chilly nights. Dining room nice with all glass windows looking out over Lake Titicaca. We opted to upgrade for a seaview room which had small balcony. Food at night very good as was the breakfast.

This place was just great. They thought of everything. Wonderful staff, great restaurant, premium location. Even offered oxygen for those who needed it. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We highly recommend this place when traveling to Puno, Peru.

Great view, comfortable and super clean room. Service was good. It is a bit out of town. We arrived early and had to wait for the room. It would be more convenient to be in town. But at the end of the day pluses outweigh the only minus. Great customer service.

The care provided at Casa en Andina was excellent. The level of attention given to us was very good, always attentive to our concerns, especially from Miss Yvonne. Our trip was concise, but the comfort and attention made us feel at home. Also, the view you have from the lake is spectacular. We hope to return soon!! :)

This hotel has beautiful rooms with views over the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here, which was ample time to explore the lake and do our tour. The restaurant served great meals including breakfast, and the bar was very pleasant too. Happy to recommend!

This is an amazing location for solo travelers. Amazing view and amazing staff from the front desk to the restaurant. I definitely enjoyed my stay here! If you can't speak Spanish, it's not a problem, the staff can speak English very well!!!

Great service. The bartender Jesus was great. Good cocktails and very friendly. Since I don't speak Spanish, there were some language barriets but it made our conversations that much more interesting. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

We had a great room with a view of the dock and the lake - you could also see the majority of Puno across the bay. The room was great - the restaurant and bar were both good too. Since the hotel is away from the downtown area of Puno, it feels a little sketchy as the road is dark and bumpy and most buildings are shuttered but it’s really not bad and just a short cab ride to and from town. Puno is a busy town but quite safe to walk in - lots of university students there. We took a boat trip on Lake Titicaca and were picked up from the dock at the hotel which was quite something! All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is not in the centre of Puno but that is not a draw back. The road to the hotel does not give a good impression. The hotel bar and restaurant were lively. Recommend taking advantage of the happy hour. Breakfast options were satisfactory.
