This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us
Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning
Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

전체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 장점은 레이지풀.. 아이들이 정말 좋아했어요. 그리고 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했고 액스트라 베드 비용이 없어서 좋았어요. 단점은 쇼핑이 조금 멀고, 위치도 조금멀어요. 결정적으로 바다가 그리 좋진 않았어요

They need more lunch options and the food can def be better it's hard to be a food critic, because I am from New York but only having like one place for lunch and the burgers and hotdogs at the snack time are absolutely terrible they need chicken finger and fries at all times for kids and the companies customer service needs to be better like they need to realize if they are nicer and accodmating they will get more tips and wants to help people it's crazy to me that they didn't want to accommodate people

I had a blast, loved the staff especially the bar tenders and waiters… William “the toallero” was such a lovely man. The two gentlemen by the beach besos bar were amazing, funny and friendly. The night speciality restaurant weee very good, the buffet was a bit disappointing. Loved how they give you a bracelet with your key so you don’t have to worry about loosing. Drinks at all bars were delicious and the night entertainment was so much fun. My room was lovely, great location to everything and cleaned. I did call front desk twice and walked over to the lobby for a hair drier and never came, also wish there were robes in the rooms. Other than that I had an amazing time. Dominican People are amazing ❤️.

Excellent resort! My parents had been before & decided to take the whole family back. Our 5th time in the Dominican & this resort was my favourite thus far. Clean, good variety of food (loved the Japanese), rooms were quite large with a walk in shower (great water pressure!) & a beautiful big balcony with a swing. Also had elevators! We were in building 2 which was right by the pool and close to the main area. I’m not a beach person so I didn’t care, but some said it was a bit rocky (need water shoes) though they walked to a cove area that was better. The night entertainment was ‘ok’, not the best I’ve seen and there’s a lot of karaoke after the shows lol. Lots of fun things at the pool in the day. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay! The swim-up room was definitely worth it and the service was great!

Food and drink was everything we expected, but be sure to make your dinner reservations right at 8am or you may not get your restaurant of choice.

1. Dirty beach, they could have hire someone to clean the beach no cleaning was done in 7 days we were there, lots of broken glasses, cigarette butts & lots of debris from the trees & ocean we were expecting nicer beach
2. We had total of 3 rooms none of the shower vents & toilet vents were working
3. Bottle of wine in the room to enjoy unfortunately no wine opener called the front desk but no luck we left the bottle untouched
4. One of our airport shuttle never showed up for us. We asked the guest services they said they don’t work with them and they don’t have any contact information so we ended up getting a taxi to airport double cost for us. The hotel should have all the vendors contact info that are going business in your Lobby regardless what business from A to Z especially local contacts for examples if you’re catching a shuttle to excursion or to the airport or adventures if there’s an accident in the way, or somebody gets hurt, so the hotel can contact the embassy or so we can get some help and disregard the hotel or responsible for all the passengers getting back to the airport regardless of what company or what shuttle company they’re gonna bring in all the guests from the airport into the hotel and back to the airport
