Excelente servicio,ubicación e instalaciones,mini bar pobre, en realidad solo tenia dos botellas de agua,dos cervezas y dos refrescos
La disco y la música solo están abiertos hasta las 2am

This was my second time at Ocean El Faro. A wonderful, convenient, clean resort with something for everyone. The food is great. The resort is clean and well looked after. Spacious rooms and exception consierge. Carlos took care of booking dinner reso without question. Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort, TERRIBLE food. The buffet is average at best and the a la cartes were attrocious. Boiled potatoes, canned meat, tiny portions. Anything worth eating costs extra. The staff is amazing and friendly, but very slow service for everything including drinks. The rooms are nice, and well kept. Everything is clean. The beach is diappointing...very small and rough, except for one small cove at the very end that is clean and calm waters. TONS of vendors on the beach as well as resort staff constantly trying to sell things like time shares and spa services which became pretty annoying. We did a polaris excursion that was fun....also did the deep sea fishing but caught nothing at all so that was a total waste of a day. Overall, we had a decent time but will not return again.

Food at all the restaurants was mediocre at best. Very disappointing considering this was ranked as 5stars. Half the staff was friendly and half couldn’t be bothered to service you promptly. Resort is clean and beautiful but food and service left a lot to be desired. Probably would not return.

Great experience in Ocean El Beso. Staff was super nice and helpful, the resort looked beautiful and the beach takes your breath away!

I had an amazing time spending my birthday with this resort on my first solo trip. The staff and everyone were very accommodating and extremely nice and polite. There is some language barrier with some of the staff, but that didn’t stop them from helping out. My only negative connotation about the state is the towel replacements to the room. I had to make a few requests to my concierge in order to make it happen throughout my stay and still didn’t receive some things during my trip. Other than that, I would still give this place five stars hands-down!

The room was really nice and clean. The property is quiet and clean. They claim to have an adult side of the resort but the kids are everywhere. The food is ok. You have to make reservations to get good food
