So far the app has worked swimmingly and I plan on using it again, the hotel staff has been really nice and I've had no problems so far.

We tried to cancel the booking as soon as we arrived. The entire 3rd floor smelled like smoke, the shower floor was filthy, the “heated” pool was freezing and needed cleaning. Service was nonexistent. Overall the hotel is old and run down. Not worth the money.

I have stayed here several times and the staff are wonderful. The facility is adequate but it really is WELL past time for renovaions.

Good hotel walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Waffle House Great location and safe. Bed super comfortable and breakfast was great.

Overall, we had a great one night stay at this property. Property is in a convenient and safe location, close to the highway, and has easy parking. The hotel is well maintained, clean, and has well equipped rooms. The staff were great and the included breakfast was solid. Overall, great experience.

We stayed four nights and our room was never touched by the cleaning staff. Had to request towels and supplies.

The clerk working behind the front desk did not greet me upon arrival and and was not friendly at all. The shower floor was filthy.

Staff was kind. Smell of smoke in elevators and hall ways. Terrible bleach smell in the morning coming into our room, when we came out of the room it was making our eyes water. Room was not clean, small rubber bands on bathroom floor, nightstand area dirty, mattress uncomfortable for my husband. Planned on staying two nights could not wait to get out of this hotel.

Our room was very clean and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast offered was not as good as others we have had. I usually can only eat the yogurt and was sad they only had a diety Dannon instead of Chobani.
