That hotel food is good, interior is old and house keeping poor, tv not working wash room is average as old fitting.

Images are very deceptive. Property and rooms are not at all clean, especially the washrooms.

It’s a old building with just basic facilities. No inside parking spaces available and no lift also. Difficult to climb stares with kids and parents. Swimming pool is not maintained properly. Hotel is situated inside a very busy and narrow area where hardly one car can pass through the lane. Even though it’s situated nearby beach but you don’t have access to the beach through hotel way. It’s not value for money i paid

I my booked hotel room for my parents. They 62 year old, i requested to hotel person for ground/1st floor room. Fist they say yes but while i reached to hotel give me 2nd floor room. My parents unable to clime stairs. Number of requested to reception person for change room but no one responded. At now my parents suffering from knee pain.

Nice experience, good staff behaviour and very good restaurants. Swimming pool is good for children and family.

When we enter the hotel in morning at 4 am the *** who was at the reception counter behave rudely they provide the 2 rooms where ac was not working properly and we said to change the room they don't change also they make the maintenance of the ac in afternoon

They have leakages in bathroom. Their tv doesn't work. Furniture is in shabby state
