Amazing staff and stay

Première fois en plein Paris il me fallait une chambre proche de la défense Arena. Je ne suis pas déçu en 5 min à peine on y est. Le centre commercial à quelques minutes à pied apporte également un véritable + Sans parler de l'hôtel, très beau, classe, le personnel est adorable. Ils ont répondu à toutes mes questions et inquiétudes. J'ai apprécié également les rafraîchissements à disposition. Et le photobooth c'est vraiment super pour un souvenir. Les chambres sont superbes et très propres J'ai laissé un mot aux femmes de chambre pour les remercier. Au vu de ma belle expérience je reviendrai sans hésiter. En arrivant de Montparnasse il y a 30 min en métro 2 changement et on y est. Vraiment d'une facilité Je suis plus que satisfaite 🎉

還可以吧，比較簡單簡潔的風格，地理位置還可以，旁邊就有大型shopping mall，總的來説還算滿意。

前台傲慢，且管理混亂沒有沒有責任心。入住三天，第一天忘記打掃房間，晚上回到酒店發現後交涉，遲遲不來，最後衹是送了浴巾來換。第二天提醒打掃，説好了時間，回酒店發現仍未打掃，又一通交涉，前台一開始居然讓坐在大堂等他們打掃，問是否有其他地方坐，回答酒廊是給白金以上會員的。使用洗衣服務，説好週六早上9點以前送洗，同天晚上會送回，左等右等沒送到。週日一早再次交涉，説雙休日休息要週一送。到前台直接解釋查找，説衣服找到了，一會兒送。結果到週日晚還是沒送，最後自行去前台捧着衣服回房間。關鍵前台覺得這些都不是問題，非常輕描淡寫，都是通知了其他部門，是別的部門沒做好。管理水準讓人無語。想要申請延到130退房，前台有一次説這是白金卡才能享受的，要麼就加錢……早餐的水果也不新鮮。幾年前入住時雖然房間破一點，但服務還是符合基本標準的。這次徹底無語，拉黑，不會再住了。

位置很好，下次還會住

衞生環境乾淨整潔舒適，服務態度很好👍設施齊全，周邊環境不錯👍

Hotel is worn, paint on trummis are missing. Plumbing is failat and sprays all over bathroom. Elevators are crazy and make you wait for 5 minuters, satirs are not an option. Breakfast is not retfulles. Coffemachines but no cups. Poot selection of bread. Hard to get service, nompeopöe in sight.

It was good although the breakfast area was very busy and some food stuffs not replenished. I also had an issue with cleaning staff trying to get into my room.
