酒店環境還行，房間設施比較老舊，馬路對面的海是很好的潛點，本來體驗還行，但酒店的的士真是黑得可怕，張嘴就幾百歐，實在吃相太難看

房間一般般，老酒店，但是海灘和水下的珊瑚魚兒是整個紅海最好的之一，來這裏玩海肯定不會錯，還有壯麗的日出

Otel, yılın herhangi bir zamanında ve hava koşullarında dalga ve akıntının olmadığı, mercan resiflerinin bulunduğu korunaklı güzel bir koyda yer almaktadır. Kaplumbağalar var. Sekiz gün boyunca, bir keresinde aynı anda iki kişiyle tanıştığım için şanslıydım. Yol boyunca sağdan hayalet otele doğru yürüyüş yapmanızı da tavsiye ederim çok güzel koylar ve plajlar var. TV ve rahat şilteler içeren küçük bir yatak odasına sahip bir superior odamız ve bahçeye bakan bir terasa sahip, bulaşıksız bir mini mutfağı, su ısıtıcısı ve sarkık bir kanepesi olan ikinci bir büyük odamız vardı. Duşta su basıncı iyiydi, ancak bazen sıcak su yoktu. Yemekler oldukça kabul edilebilir, iki çeşit et yemeği, bir balık ve sebze, dilimlenmiş meyve ve geç gelenler için her zaman yeterli olmuyor. Farklı kahve içecekleri ve kakao içeren iki otomat. Öğle yemeğine çok üşenenler veya bir restorana gi**ek için zaman ayıramayanlar için sahilde öğle yemeği yiyebilirsiniz. Doğru, yemek her gün aynı: patates kızar**ası, pizza, sosis. İçeceklerin plastik bardaklara ağzına kadar dökülmemesi, çay için şeker verilmesi amacıyla, her seferinde hatırlatılması gerekir. Ama bütün bunlar saçmalık ve geri kalanından oldukça memnun olurum. Ama ağır bir kalple ayrıldı. Gerçek şu ki, dört sevimli köpek yavrusu sahilde bir sığınak buldu. Çok utangaçlar ve Tanrı'ya şükür sizi yanlarına almıyorlar, neredeyse görünmezler, sahilin köşesindeki geçitlerde saklanıyorlar ve bazen biri yiyecek bırakırsa ortaya çıkıyorlar. Çölün zorlu koşullarında hayatta kalamazlar ama burada bazı nazik insanlar su döker ve bazen yiyeceklerin bir kısmı dökülür. Ama muhtemelen turistler arasında varlıkları istenmeyen görünen "düzenin koruyucuları" vardı ve belki başka bir nedenle, ancak ayrılışımın sondan bir önceki gününde akşam sahilden ayrılırken bir baskına tanık oldum. Sahilin beş çalışanı, plastik kutularla donanmış, talihsiz yavruları boğazlardan yakalamaya çalışırken tepeye tırmandı. Ne yazık ki Mısır'da hayvan koruma yasası yok. İnternette Kahire'de bulunan tek bir organizasyon ve sığınak buldum. Kedilerin, köpeklerin ve eşeklerin öldürülmesi, zehirlenmesi ve öldürülmesi Mısır'da alışılmadık bir durum değil ve hiçbir şekilde cezasız kalıyor. Umarım yavrular iyidir.

Wow what an amazing stay we had at this hotel, aurora bay is awesome. The facilities at the hotel are really good. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room on the ground floor in block 12 which is near to the reception but far enough away to be nice and quiet, the swimming pools are spotless no grime around the edges which is good. There are plenty of loos around and are spotlessly clean. The shops can be expensive but you have to haggle the price to get the price that you want. I did find that in the shops they don't keep on to you to buy, they leave you alone to browse which is good unlike other places. The beach is only a short walk from reception. And the reef is one of the best house reefs I have seen in Egypt, the snorkeling is fab and to scuba dive it is never the same twice with so much to see on both sides, my family and I dived with ducks diving and the staff there are awesome especially seif who taught my daughter her padi open water and her advanced open water. Plus the facilities and equipment are really good. The facilities on the beach are great and you can always get a sun lounger, the beach boys are really helpful and will always help you. Back at the hotel the food we thought was really good with plenty of choice at every meal with the grill section every evening, the staff in the restaurant are fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for them. From setting out our table to getting us drinks, one night my wife wasn't feeling to well after a day in the sun so missed dinner and one of the staff plated her up some cheese and bread for us to take back to our room for her. Which I thought was a really nice thing to do. Sorry I can't remember his name but a big thank you to him. The bar staff was also very friendly to us, especially el nagger sayed ( carpenter ) we had some good laughs with those guys especially in the piano bar in reception, we found all the staff really happy to help us and always happy at the hotel, I must also say a big thank you to Ali hassan from reception who looked after my family and me from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we went to luxor on a trip and got a packed lunch to take with us and when we returned we missed dinner because it was after 10pm but Ali sorted dinner out for us in our room by our surprise thank you Ali what a kind man. We have already been looking at flights back, we just waiting for pricing for hotel for next year because we are definitely returning to aurora bay. It is simply the best stay we have had in Egypt thank you to all for making our stay so great.

Getting to Marsa Alam from the UK is always a bit on an effort ( unless you are willing to pay through the nose via TUI) but so worth it for a scuba diving family. Having stayed at the amazing Brayka in May, we had seen the Aurora and decided due to local recommendations to give it a go. Organised the booking via the Internet, our every need was sorted upon arrival. A welcome cool drink 🍸 and a broad smile introduction from the amazing Ali on reception. Our rooms ( junior 2 bedroom suite) were just perfect. Recently decorated perfectly suited to us with our adult daughter. Food in our room was welcomed and simply filled rolls and fruit. Extra water we asked for due to medical issues was supplied as asked for. The restaurant has the usual egg station, bread/bakery selection, hot self service and salad /yogurt . Nectar ( made up fruit juice and water coolers) tea/coffee . Something available to everyone's taste. The guys service ( Mohommed Alla etc) is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The hours they do from dawn to dusk. From bar to table service. All with a smile. Not once were we asked for tips ( a dollar is gratefully accepted) but we gave frequently. Its hard not to when the service is so good. Even the hard working animation team were smiley and greeting guests at almost every meal with an itinerary of entertainment available to those who want it. The beach is a short walk away. ( I've recently had a knee op and managed no bother) It's just stunning. A selection of little gifts vendors sell, and a restaurant offering the usual chips /pizza/burger/kebab/ soup /salad station. Bar for all your drinks and ample bed space for sunbathing. All this and a stunning house reef for snorkeling, featuring Sheldon the resident 🐢. If you're lucky enough to see him ( recommend early morning) DONT USE HIM AS A SURF BOARD . Broke 💔 as certain Eastern European guests grabbed him for a ride and a selfie. Watch and do not touch should be fairly obvious. Can't recommend Ducks Diving Superior enough for trips and Scuba. Big shout to Omar and Mohammed ( Collosus) the guys that help you kit up shoreside for house reef diving. Lucky enough to meet the Amazing Saif ( instuctor) who taught our daughter her Open and Advanced water PADI. Having met quite a few instructors/guides in our time Saif is by far the BEST we have had by far. And then some. His English is impeccable, as are his manners. Big shout out too to the driver of the cylinders, who also picked us up /dropped us off most days. A real gentleman who shared the most amazing mango we had ever eaten, and mosquito spray for our room ! So kind !! We were very sad to leave our newly made friends and new "family". Can't fault anything. From senior management to cleaners...Aurora....thank you ...and see you soon 😊

A very wonderful hotel. The animation provides everything wonderful, as well as the bar staff, such as drinks, food and many other things. The room is good and the cleanliness is excellent. I loved everything about it ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hotel aurora perfect as always. Best animation team especially Mido. Food also very nice. Diving possible with little fish, baracudas, turles and sharks.Reception very helpful spraking many languages on a good level. German, itlaian and polish

Everything was execellent, beautiful sea, perfect food, animation team, especially Sam very kind man, a lot of activities to do. Snorchling was excellent! We will be back soon. 4th time anyway. All the staff was excellent and weather very good.

first of all this hotel have Věry nice view on thé beach And thé people on thé beach was Věry helpful. Also thé food was nice And great drinks. However, thé entertainment team were very active And funny. Thé hole team were very good with talking to every one And give all thé informativní about thé entertainment all day. In total Věry nice Hotel with great Price.
