We went for 7 days vacation, and the hotel has a beautifull beach. The staff here is awesome and kind. The food was taisty and variate. Very good food and service. Very good entertainment especially with Karim! Thanks to Youssef on the beach we fell very safe in water. The down parts are for the room (old), the quality of bed sheets (old) and not so good shower pressure. We want to come back again! Thank you

The hotel is quite spacious with different hotels belonging to the same company around. The beach is sandy, has different pools and amenities. Location by the sea is beautiful. Buffet was decent with plenty of choices including bbq. Good selection of desserts. Although the room was quite big, I was upgrade to a suite with jacuzzi and living room, it was quite aged. The hotel seems old inside and needs an upgrade sooner than later. The hotel has many birds around which poo around it. Terraces and balconies have bird poo 100% of the times. The restaurant does not have lactose free or plant based milk. It’s a pity I could not enjoy my coffee.

One of the most disappointing experiences ever. On the first day, our room was flooded with water, and the AC was not working, making the room unbearably hot. There was also a terrible smell from the bathroom spreading in the whole the room. On the 3rd day there was bumping since 7 am coming from the AC duct that was constant till returning back from breakfast although we reported more than once. The food quality and variety were both a little poor. Staff are not cooperative at all, not even smiling, only Mr Adel in the restaurant was more than welcoming. Overall, the service was bad, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, don’t ruin your vacation. I will never stay here again.

We are in the hotel now the most beautiful days of my life now in this hotel is very nervously relaxed everything in the hotel is fine The rooms are old, but they are very beautiful. The restaurant and the food is varied every day. The animation team was very interesting and interesting. We will come back here. Thank you the hotel management for all this attention. We wish everyone to try this wonderful experience. + The swimming pool is very clean and the sea is very beautiful

Very nice hotel for families. Good food, nice rooms. Atmosphere here is just amazing. Lot of activities for kids and adults as well with lovely animation team. It was one of our best holidays and we will come back again in few months. Thanks to all staff, especially Mambo.

The hotel is very good everything is amazing we enjoyed so much all the stuff is perfect and helpful specially the animation they’re so funny se enjoying with them really we definitely will come here again but next time gonna be with family thank you so much

Exellent staff and animatorom group. This place od beautiful and sea ja hot. Bleach is beautiful. Disco and show is everyday. This a amazing place. Good good and drinks. The best time we have every. Rooney are clean and has air condition. PERFECT PLACE.

Very nice animation. The hotel room is so good. Good beach I like it so much The food is good and very high quality I prefer this hotel to anyone it's good for relaxing and also very good for fun We enjoyed here and we like it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our holiday was very pleasant. I came to this hotel for the second time and i will always look forward to come back. The food was great, the staff was always there to help us. If we had any problem they always offered a great solution. I would rate it five out of five stars.
