Well after leaving my review on here I was asked to meet the manager,,,after a chat and decision about my feelings within the hotel. It was good to have an adult conversation about the problems within hotel and our room. Within 1 hour of meeting our room was swamped by staff and builder/electricians and room faults were rectified .I explained that we were looking for another week later in year with children aged 7.4.2 and told them in my opinion the children’s area was dangerous and dirty..The response was valid the reason lazy river wasn’t working it was in process of being drained to be cleaned and repaired as there is a lot of maintenance about to take place.The new restaurant opened on Thursday evening which was a breath of fresh air clean tidy all the food under one roof was a major positive if the extensive maintenance is completed to that level hopefully the place will be a much better place to visit as a family…All I can say is I hope so..I’m looking at going back to sharm with the children in late October I have the managers personal phone number who assured me everything will be done long before then.Im not sticking up for hotel but one of the reason which there have been an issue the place is always full of people,,yes I’m not stupid but personally I hope now the refinishing has started they see it through and make the place as good as it possibly can,, Let’s hope and pray they can pull the rest of the place to the same standard as the newly refreshed restaurant we can only hope

Visited sea beach aqua park for first time to Egypt. Cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and staff :) great facilities no need to leave resort every need is catered for. Lots to keep kids entertained, and babysitting available for the adults to go out and enjoy the night life. Loved it so much already booking to come back in April!

This is my first time I come back to this resort and The food is very delicious and the staff are very helpful, the Aqua Park is amazing and there are many different kinds of amusement, the room is fantastic so I recommend this resort and I will come back again

Everyone was welcoming, the staff were very nice and friendly. Happy with our stay. The most fun part was the night life, never a dull moment, different activities daily, day and night. Animation team many thanks 😊 bar life was very good too. Aqua Park was over ten different rides, never a dull moment. Overall 5***** will definitely return if I come back to Egypt sharm el sheik Downsides was the WiFi was slow, also the staff could do with getting good breaks.

absolutely amazing. the shows was unreal. the pools are always supervised and the people are so kind. you’ll have the best time and will go back home with so many memories. there’s loads of activities and me and my family have had the most amazing experience. would 100% recommend

Perfect hosting, memo such a good entertainment person has lots of energy good hosting the music is perfect for kids and adults place is amazing food so delicious perfect hotel to visit very good team overall will differently be back as the entertainment team is great thanks to memo and the rest of the team and Ali X is amazinggggggggg host! Thank you for making our stay special!.

Awful The worst resort we stayed in as it is not suitable for Europeans The food is very bad and is always cold and finished I did not expect that I am hungry and I have to order from McDonald’s. Shame on the all-inclusive. The reception desk is good. The staff is friendly but there is always a manager shouts at them Cleanliness is good but the rooms are tired and need to be renovated although we were informed that our room was renovated A wonderful view directly on the swimming pool but there are always aproblems with the air conditioning, safe, and water. I regret that I will not visit it again

Such an amazing place, Sabreena and Ali the hotel entertainment is perfect, they do such a good job she's very friendly and welcoming and always will let us know which shows and activities on , makes the experience even better, one of the most amazing people hard working that I have meet, food also amazing the hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean , so many pools always clean , lots of stuff that you can do that you done need to even leave the hotel , kids love the entertainment will be back for sure thank youuuu made our holiday to be the perfect holiday :)

I am very happy with the hotel. All the staff are amazing very hard working and extremely polite and helpful. I can't find bad thing about the hotel. I would like to go back there for another holiday with my family. ☺️👍👍👍🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
