Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort

Well after leaving my review on here I was asked to meet the manager,,,after a chat and decision about my feelings within the hotel. It was good to have an adult conversation about the problems within hotel and our room. Within 1 hour of meeting our room was swamped by staff and builder/electricians and room faults were rectified .I explained that we were looking for another week later in year with children aged 7.4.2 and told them in my opinion the children’s area was dangerous and dirty..The response was valid the reason lazy river wasn’t working it was in process of being drained to be cleaned and repaired as there is a lot of maintenance about to take place.The new restaurant opened on Thursday evening which was a breath of fresh air clean tidy all the food under one roof was a major positive if the extensive maintenance is completed to that level hopefully the place will be a much better place to visit as a family…All I can say is I hope so..I’m looking at going back to sharm with the children in late October I have the managers personal phone number who assured me everything will be done long before then.Im not sticking up for hotel but one of the reason which there have been an issue the place is always full of people,,yes I’m not stupid but personally I hope now the refinishing has started they see it through and make the place as good as it possibly can,, Let’s hope and pray they can pull the rest of the place to the same standard as the newly refreshed restaurant we can only hope

Visited sea beach aqua park for first time to Egypt. Cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and staff :) great facilities no need to leave resort every need is catered for. Lots to keep kids entertained, and babysitting available for the adults to go out and enjoy the night life. Loved it so much already booking to come back in April!

This is my first time I come back to this resort and The food is very delicious and the staff are very helpful, the Aqua Park is amazing and there are many different kinds of amusement, the room is fantastic so I recommend this resort and I will come back again

Went with family in June 2024, Second day here so far and already in love! The staff are really friendly and we're great with my children, we feel very safe and everyone is lovely! Very highly recommended, the entertainment at night is brilliant not only for the children but also for the adults.

This hotel was great very much enjoyed it the food here was absolutely wonderful so we’re the people everyone was is just so kind kind and helpful you just don’t need to worry about much the beach was so nice not too deal so it’s good for the kids so they don’t drowns the food here is so nice and even out of the hotel there is so much to do as a hope I definitely recommend this hotel

Great resort for families, plenty food Choices 👌, snacks 😋 and ice cream 🍦, drinks 🍸 😋, chips and pizza 🍕 by the grill beach ⛱️ bar. Animation team are working so hard throughout the day Making sure that people are Happy 😊. Special thanks to Sabreen ,Federica, Ali X ,Pamela the most hard working people 👏 💪. Will return just because of them 😇

Stayed here with family in February for a week. The hotel reception and entrance looks beautiful but the room we were given was more run down and a few things were dirty. When we arrived we quickly noticed we had one double bed and one single, so my husband went to ask for another single bed. This seemed to annoy our cleaner and he quickly slammed the door on his way out. The bed that was brought was a camp style bed with rips in the material and generally worn. Not what your expect in a 4* hotel. We were going to over look this until the guest relations asked us how everything was and we mentioned the bed. She apologised and said it would get changed straight away, when going back up to the room with my daughter we were confronted by a very annoyed cleaner, who continued to shout at us but as we didn't understand he began shouting into his translation app to tell us we are causing him.big problems. My daughter and I tried to leave but he would not get out of the way to let us out This made me feel completely uncomfortable and I didn't want to go back to the room on my own again so I went to the guest relations again and explained what had happened , which she assured us we would get a new cleaner straight away. And the new cleaner was amazing, very polite and helpful. The main pools in this hotel is amazing, and the life guards were fantastic. Although the water was freezing this didn't bother us at all. My children loved the water park but we're not so keen on the warm pool the other side of the building as it was mostly shaded and over. crowded. The food was not the best in the hotel and birds would fly around inside the restaurant. The best thing was the omelette stand in the morning. The server was fantastic with my son every morning when he went for his eggs. Apart from the one incident, every member of staff here are polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return again. Id give a three star only due to the rooms being in desperate need of tlc and the food could be better, everything else 4*

Hotel was amazing very clean rooms was big was and clean our cleaner was outstanding was my birthday while I was a way and he made me feel special pool area very clean but food lets it down very much very bland not nice at all we all had upset stomach as well

Very nice hotel food was decent reccomend going all inclusive for wide verity of drinks beach is very nice and many choices of activities such as camel riding parasailing water sports speed boats and many more plenty if things to do and excursions
