Well after leaving my review on here I was asked to meet the manager,,,after a chat and decision about my feelings within the hotel. It was good to have an adult conversation about the problems within hotel and our room. Within 1 hour of meeting our room was swamped by staff and builder/electricians and room faults were rectified .I explained that we were looking for another week later in year with children aged 7.4.2 and told them in my opinion the children’s area was dangerous and dirty..The response was valid the reason lazy river wasn’t working it was in process of being drained to be cleaned and repaired as there is a lot of maintenance about to take place.The new restaurant opened on Thursday evening which was a breath of fresh air clean tidy all the food under one roof was a major positive if the extensive maintenance is completed to that level hopefully the place will be a much better place to visit as a family…All I can say is I hope so..I’m looking at going back to sharm with the children in late October I have the managers personal phone number who assured me everything will be done long before then.Im not sticking up for hotel but one of the reason which there have been an issue the place is always full of people,,yes I’m not stupid but personally I hope now the refinishing has started they see it through and make the place as good as it possibly can,, Let’s hope and pray they can pull the rest of the place to the same standard as the newly refreshed restaurant we can only hope

Visited sea beach aqua park for first time to Egypt. Cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and staff :) great facilities no need to leave resort every need is catered for. Lots to keep kids entertained, and babysitting available for the adults to go out and enjoy the night life. Loved it so much already booking to come back in April!

This is my first time I come back to this resort and The food is very delicious and the staff are very helpful, the Aqua Park is amazing and there are many different kinds of amusement, the room is fantastic so I recommend this resort and I will come back again

Good resort good places and beach and i very happy that i meet, animation team are good worked, there are so comforting for family, food and cocktails is normal, but there is not a party after 11 o’clock. We can go and relaxing there

Stayed for a week with my family and had a lovely time. Every staff member was amazing, brilliant with kids. Loads to do all day. Entertainment has been brilliant. Amazing location right by the beach. Good selection of food and drinks. Beds very comfortable and rooms nice and cool with great air-conditioning. Would definitely come back!

Can not fault anything, staff are lovely and very pleasant, beach ia gorgeous and the fish are out of this world! Would highly recommend for a family or couples holiday. Room was a very decent size and bathroom was always cleaned daily, fresh bed sheets daily also. We would come back again

Very nice staff, helpfull and polite. Rooms very good.pools extremely good for children, entertainment team very nice. Kids love it. Plenty of food at meal times and plenty of seating. Everywhere very clean and tody, no faults with this place.

Staff are lovely, would definitely come again. The entertainment is good and they have a lot of activities and the shows at night are good The food isn’t great definitely room for improvement but you will never go hungry Would highly recommend
