I enjoyed staying at James Joyce Coffetel. The room was clean and spacious. The advertised “sea-view” is only a partial sea view, but still a great view to see.
There are some renovations going on and lots of drilling and building noises will affect your routine if you like sleeping in late or taking afternoon naps.

The location is good and we are happy to have a room with sea view. The breakfast was served cold and we were relieved to have a cup of hot coffee at the front desk. The AC was not working properly only provided heating.

This was a great choice for my hotel stay in Qingdao. First of all, the personnel was very kind to check me in before the official check-in time. It was very valuable after an early morning train journey.
Unfortunately, initially, I did not have the room which I would expect - it had a room, but with the view over some technical corridor with no daylight. I appreciate that the staff listened to my concerns and gave me a new room with a fantastic view instead!
The room was sparklingly clean. It had everything needed for a perfect stay. The hotel's location is also perfect - a short walk away from the railway station.

服務：服務不錯，還給我們升級了有窗户的房間
環境：地理位置非常好，往南走一個小路口就是棧橋，離青島站也很近。
設施：去年開的酒店算是新酒店，目前硬件還算OK
衞生：衞生還需要提高，房間裏床頭櫃上還有前一位客人留下的士力架的包裝紙
早餐品種該有的都有，還是不錯的。還送2張咖啡卷。
整體還説性價比還是比較高的，現在這個季節300不到的房價很nice了。

호텔 근처 산책하기도 너무 좋고 예쁩니다

호텔 직원분들 친절하시고 로비가 너무 고풍스럽고 예쁩니다
로비에서 주문할수있는 무료 커피 쿠폰을 주십니다
호텔 뷰가 너무 아름다웠습니다
방안 히터가 빵빵해 좋았습니다
단점
화장실 하수구 냄새가 너무 심한데 화장실이 뚫려있어요
냄새가 방으로 들어오지는 않았지만 좀 불쾌했습니다
방음이 전혀 안됩니다 옆방에 사람이 있다면 말하는게 다 들려요
최악은 공사중이라 아침 7시반부터 땅을 뚫는 드릴소리에
방 전체가 흔들려 소음 때문에 강제 기상해 잠을 자기 힘들었습니다. 8시 시작이라고 했지만 8시전부터 시작해 3일동안 강제 8시전에 일어나야만 했습니다
총평
공사중인것을 제외한다면 가성비 포함 칭다오 여행하기 가장 좋은 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 하지만 공사가 너무 큰 부분을 차지했네요. 다음엔 공사가 끝나고 방문하고 싶습니다.
