Güzel otel ve süper temiz. Plaj, zamanımızın çoğunu geçirdiğimiz muhteşem bir yerdir. Personel harikaydı. Çok yardımsever ve nazik. Açık büfe kahvaltı her sabah mutlak bir zorunluluktu. Tek sorun, size sundukları ücretsiz wifi standartların altındaydı ve hiçbir zaman düzgün çalışmadı.

My experience here is great. Rooms are very clean, not only the rooms all property is very very clean. Pool is great and also very clean, beach is beautiful. Beach bar is amazing and staff there are very friendly. Now i have a little complain. The main restaurant is ok,food is delicious BUT you can only eat there or at the pool (pizza, salads or sandwiches) . This is the only 5 star hotel (so far) I've been in that doesn't allow you to use ala carte restaurants if you don't pay for them. It is not too pricey but for this hotel standard I think they can allow you only just once at stay to use that restaurant, i think it would be ok depending on that how much you pay to stay here. Everything else is absolutely wonderful, just keep it that way.

The room is very spacious, and the house keeping service is wonderful! Beach service is awesome👍 They just need to add more gold cars to for the hotel high occupation rate! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hotel is very good and comfortable to stay in Ms. Doha who make our vacation different and made a surprise for us as our anniversary she arranged everything in secret and made well ❤️ Rooms are tidy and clean Staff so friendly Buffet delicious and tasty Drinks in bars so good and cocktails Thanks reception staff Beach is clean and clear Fast service Alot of gardens which make you feel better

Excellent stay , staff are amazing..the reception are beyond helpful..I truly enjoyed my stay and we definetly come back . I really recommend it for business as well as family ..Mahmoud Shanan in the reception, Bassem the bar manager & Hussein at the beach !!!

Hello for everyone who will see this review To be honest I spent the most perfect 5 days in Egypt in Jaz Crystal Form the beginning guys welcome us Then very good taste welcome drink so I can’t stand to go to the room and see the other facilities The room was good House man is good guy tidy and clean Girls all the day around you Make talking with you Drinks in the bar are perfect At the end I want to thank everyone there Mrs. Doha she is a good lady thanks 🙏🏻 I promise I’ll back again to you ❤️
