Jaz Crystal Resort, Almaza Bay

Beautiful hotel and super clean. The beach is gorgeous where we spent most of our time. The staff were awesome. So helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was an absolute must every morning. The only problem is the free wifi they offer you was substandard and never worked properly.

My experience here is great. Rooms are very clean, not only the rooms all property is very very clean. Pool is great and also very clean, beach is beautiful. Beach bar is amazing and staff there are very friendly. Now i have a little complain. The main restaurant is ok,food is delicious BUT you can only eat there or at the pool (pizza, salads or sandwiches) . This is the only 5 star hotel (so far) I've been in that doesn't allow you to use ala carte restaurants if you don't pay for them. It is not too pricey but for this hotel standard I think they can allow you only just once at stay to use that restaurant, i think it would be ok depending on that how much you pay to stay here. Everything else is absolutely wonderful, just keep it that way.

Arrival / Check-in We arrived late in the evening, the hotel and security staff were friendly and attentive to our needs making sure that any questions or queries were answered. Our luggage was taken to our rooms quickly so we weren’t hanging around and all the staff we encountered were warm, friendly and welcoming. Room The room was overlooking the garden, which was what was booked. It was spacious, clean, and the mini bar was re-stocked every day. The hotel even put crisps in your rooms as a snack which was great!

I am one of jaz lovers am so jazer😀 So I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their hospitality, and I wish them continued success. I would like to confirm how happy I was throughout the stay from excellent quality of food and soft drinks ,the coppartation of housekeeping staff , roomservice staff and reception staff .Thank you very much.

Good way to get relax for solo or couples as there are no way to stay with kids. This hotel is totally devoted for 18+ tourists. 90% are couples. There is also a e-car service each 15mins that can get you to the jaz crystal Food are delicious as in each jaz hotels Lot of swimming pools and other activities. Cant wait to come back again best of luck

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

We had the best experience for our 25th wedding anniversary at the Corallo Seafood restaurant. The staff and the chef were extremely professional and best of all the food was delicious. This is one of the best seafood dinners we had in a long time. Highly recommend going there and trying a taste of the Mediterranean cuisine. The atmosphere is calm with a hint of Greek music and the sound of the calm sea in the background. The view is exceptional and we hope to return again next year.

We were looking for a family-friendly hotel with tasty food, comfortable rooms, sandy beach and clean water. We chose the Jaz Crystal, Almaza bay, Mersa Matruh. It was the most expensive of the JAZ chain hotels in that area. Jaz Crystal Hotel met our expectations. The rooms were bright and clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower and toilet were in excellent condition. The food was delicious. There were a wide range of dishes for every taste. We had an All-Inclusive program. They even served Heineken beer) As for seafood, then there were different fish - herring, salmon, tuna, dorado etc. For meat it was turkey, lamb, beef. Large selection of salads and cakes. There were freshly squeezed juices, which was really nice! Wonderful beach, white sand, clean water... no sharks) We should also talk about the wonderful, friendly staff. They were do their best. Hotel cooks prepared a cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday and congratulated her. This was so cute! I would especially like to mention the guys who were very friendly: Yusef - waiter of the island’s bar between the pools, and Ibrahim waiter in the main restaurant. I have traveled extensively and been to different hotels, and the level of service and food is important to me. I’d really like to return to this hotel. And if so, I can safely recommend it to you!
