We impressed with the service here. Multiple employees we met, including Peter at the bell desk, were so genuinely helpful and kind. Service is definitely a highlight at this property.
The rooms here are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The room was very quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel at the main buffet restaurant. In the evening, the seafood buffet was a great experience

Clean and organised, the access is difficult in the city Center, expect traffic jam at rush hours. Staff and service are good

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms.
Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it.
Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

This was a very nice stay! Great service at this hotel, and the location is very good next a large mall and pedestrian area. Breakfast in the restaurant was very nice and extensive, and we also enjoyed the dinner seafood buffet. Highly recommend.

The location is good, next to the Wanda mall and almost in the center of Quanzhou. Other than that the hotel is already a couple years old and that’s visible on the rooms and other facilities.
Room size okay.
Staff need serious training. Staff at the reception is not letting the guest finish the sentence etc.

Excellent hotel. It gets everything right. Welcoming, easy check in, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean (which for a large hotel with such high occupancy is the clearest way to see that it is a very well managed hotel!) and a full, delicious breakfast buffet with healthy choices. I’ve stayed there several times and think there must be a new manager because the post Covid version is especially good. A shopping area adjacent to the hotel offers a good place to wander. I’m a Hilton Diamond member but chose to stay at the Wanda Vista when I’m in Quanzhou.

Very satisfied, the hotel is quite high value for money, hotel service and hotel facilities are very good, especially the greeter are very polite, friends who come together also praise the hotel, next time will choose!
