Bien situé au cœur du vieux Québec. Bon rapport qualité prix!

C’est une très belle hotel. Chambre petite mais il ne manque rien.
L’air climatisée est bruyante et l’insonorisation n’est pas adéquate. Nous entendons les voisins prendre la douche.

When you enter the hotel there is a large set of stairs and absolutely no one helps you with your luggage. We had to ask for waters each day then they ran our and never offered to get some later or even let us know when they would have more (keep in mind there is a restaurant there). We tan out of T-P and we had to pick it up at the reception desk. The room was not cleaned one of tge days so we had to request it be cleaned.
The service was very lacking.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, good amenities. Gym was awesome and pool was fantastic, too - but VERY chlorine-filled. Hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of a wonderful area but it can be loud at night. We were often woken up by people walking home from the bars or talking loudly on the street late at night. SO many options within walking distance for food, shopping, everything you could want!

We loved our stay in this hotel! It was our first time visiting Old Quebec City and this hotel was the perfect fit for us! Loved pool, clean, comfortable room, well priced, and best part was the location!

Excellent hotel. Close to everything. Room was clean. Staff are excellent. Don't hesitate to stay here unless you have mobility issues.

Noisy level 1 rooms. Floor boards creaked and some constant mechanical sounds. Good location and friendly helpful staff.

We spent 8 nights at the Manoir Victoria. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. The few staff we interacted with were friendly. However, it felt more like a 3 star hotel. The only water available in the rooms was for purchase. All the 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at offer water, whether a jar of tap or water bottles.
There is also a big flight of stairs to get to the reception. We get that this is an old hotel but this isn’t advertised in the website. No one receives you when you walk in and you have to carry all that heavy luggage up the stairs. Additionally, no one offered to help us carry our luggage downstairs. These were some of the main issues I had… it’s little hospitality things that make the difference.

Relatively small room comparing to other event lower price hotels. Inaccessible long long stairs very inconvenient for people carry heavy suitcases. Don’t know how people with wheelchairs can go up.
