We spent 3 nights in Queenstown with Lomond Lodge as our base. Everything happened perfectly and the location was so close to both the food precinct and the Steamer Wharf

We arrived around 830pm and the lodge had everything accessible for check in although no one was at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a small refrigerator, but not a deal breaker. Would I stay there again...yes. Would it be my first choice...probably not.

The only ****** was that it was difficult to contact the night manager when we had a problem but when she arrived she was really helpful

Easy to walk to all activities. Friendly staff. Dining, grocery, bike rentals, park, waterfront one block away.

Very disappointed to find out that there is no window in the bedroom. This should have been disclosed in the description.

Fantastic stay at Lomond lodge, convenient walk to town and other surrounding attractions (the gondola). Beautiful view from our apartment, front middle room 13.
Laundry facilities are great and fresh towels were on hand if needed. Plans to stay there again next year highly recommend.
