我們預訂了二房入住了二大二小，説我們填寫訊息的時候衹填寫了二個大人，這個情況against health and safety policies。我們一路入住了奧克蘭、羅託魯瓦、惠靈頓、基督城、蒂卡普，前台都給了小朋友各種小禮物，重來沒有提什麼against health and safety policies。
還有小朋友手壓了一下茶几就垮了，支撐點有25-30公分寬，小朋友才40斤怎麼可能壓的垮，而且當時我就在旁邊。溝通半天還是強行從信用卡扣了533新幣。
不知道這是不是套路，有沒有其他遊客被套路。也給未來預訂的遊客提個醒

The view from the apartment was stunning. The apartment was modern and spacious. It was the first truly accessible apartment we stayed in across both islands. It was just perfect!

Andrea was awesome. She helped us through a little situation when we first got there. We like the 1&2 bedroom apartments, but would avoid the studio apartments.

The views and rooms like images online. Check in process was easy. The room was heated and safe water was provided on arrival. The only thing not to my personal preference was the softness of the mattress. The king bed is made up of two twin beds so it’s not a seamless transition and dipped in the middle.
There are a lot of road works around the hotel and Queenstown in general. Nothing that the operators can do but something for future guest to be aware of.

Overall experience was good with easy check in and check out. Small reminder for cleaning staff: there can be towels hanging on the other side of the door. We had previous guests towels there.

Great location with a view and easy walk into town although prepare for short step climb back up hill although only takes 10 mins from town. Spacious and clean with all the amenities I’d stay here again for sure

The apartment had everything we could have asked for. The view alone was worth the uphill walk from town.
