Our experience at this resort was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with one particularly outstanding young boy offering us the opportunity to rent a motorbike, which greatly enhanced our exploration of the area. The resort’s serene a**osphere, accentuated by its emptiness, provides the perfect setting for those seeking tranquility and solitude. However, due to its secluded location, it’s essential to have access to transportation, as taxis are difficult to come by. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, although it’s worth noting that Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms themselves. Nonetheless, the strong Wi-Fi signal in the garden area compensated for this, allowing us to stay connected while enjoying the beautiful surroundings filled with lush greenery. Overall, this resort offers a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations ensuring a memorable stay.

Điểm trừ: khá xa trung tâm thành phố, resort hơi cũ, đồ ăn phải được thông báo đặt trước chứ không có sẵn
Địa điểm này là nơi lí tưởng cho gia đình đi nghỉ dưỡng, có phương tiện đi lại; khách tới ở rồi chọn tour du lịch theo ngày.

Mình tới resort nhận phòng cũng khá trễ, vào 9h tối, mình khá bất ngờ về sự hoang sơ nơi đây, đậu xe trước phòng ở luôn.
Nhưng nhân viên ở đây cực nhiệt tình, thân thiện, hỗ trợ bất cứ lúc nào khi cần. Một nơi thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn sau những ngày mệt mỏi áp lực nhé

Chúng tôi dự định nghỉ 1 tuần ở Aurora tuy nhiên vì một sự cố cá nhân chúng tôi đã kéo dài kỳ nghỉ thêm một tuần nữa. Tuần đầu tiên chúng tôi được upgrade lên hạng phòng cao nhất và chúng tôi rất cảm kích về điều đó. Tuần thứ 2 chúng tôi xin chuyển sang khu building và mọi thứ ở đây cũng khá ổn. Tất cả các phòng ở đây đều view biển, không khí trong lành, phòng cảnh hữu tình, tuy nhiên hơi ít cây xanh. Khách sạn phù hợp cho ai yêu thích sự bình yên. Tuy nhiên bạn cũng không bị buồn chán nếu tự khám phá khu vực này. Bạn có thể thử nghiệm với việc leo vách đá, bắt cua, bắt nhum biển, thả diều, chạy bộ, etc. Khách quan thì Aurora không phải là resort tốt nhất mà chúng tôi từng tới vì chúng tôi đã tìm ra khá nhiều khuyết điểm ở đây ví dụ như dọn phòng chưa sạch sẽ, thiếu biển chỉ dẫn- tôi đã đọc một số review trước rằng không có bãi biển nhưng trên thực tế họ có một bãi biển siêu đẹp cuối khách sạn, nhân viên thân thiện nhưng thiếu chuyên nghiệp và chưa làm hết trách nhiệm của mình thậm chí có phần lười biếng. Tuy nhiên Huy- một trong những quản lý ở đây đã làm chúng tôi bỏ qua những khiếm khuyết trên. Nhìn cách cậu ấy làm việc chúng tôi cảm nhận được tâm huyết trong đó. Trong 2 tuần ở đây Huy luôn quan tâm tới chúng tôi từ ăn uống tới ngủ nghỉ. Cậu ấy đã mang tới cho chúng tôi nhiều món ngon để chúng tôi không bị nhàm chán. Và khi chúng tôi gặp sự cố, cậu ấy cũng tới chia sẻ cùng. Chúng tôi hi vọng sẽ sớm quay trở lại Aurora và mong rằng dịch vụ của khách sạn sẽ cải thiện tốt hơn.
