Very nice spacious apartment, bright with a beautiful sea view, even if it is not on the seafront. The balcony - terrace on the south-facing garden is ideal for lunch or dinner. I recommend !

The location of the apartment is very good - especially the view of the Atlantic is convincing. The apartment has an investment backlog: the dishwasher was defective - this was reported to the on-site office and help was promised, which did not come. Mold

Cupboards were full of things from the previous tenant and not clean, chair cushions very dirty, oven very dirty, dishes not really clean, leftovers in the cupboard on the first floor and freezer, living room cupboard full of empty or half-empty bottles a

It is a beautiful apartment, it is undeniable. But, in use, regular maintenance of the equipment is lacking and this should not be in a rental at this price. Some lights do not work, Oven unusable because the door is deteriorated, dishwasher button damage

The location is really the strong point of this rental. The ocean view is just amazing. On the other hand, the services are a little average. the photos in the ad are better than the real thing. So little disappointment. I have doubts about the advertised
