Rihab Hotel

Let’s have a honest review. Check-in : Delayed to a great extent. No welcome, greetings. Only the keys were handed out. Nothing explained, not even the direction to the elevators. Neither the breakfast timings nor the floor. Room : Extremely small, hardly any room to move, not what you see in the pictures (photo attached). Completely non functional AC. In fact, the room was hotter than outside. We had to open the narrow slit-like window to-let the outside cold come in. However low you put it, it’s not going below 25 deg C, that’s because the compressor isn’t on (saving electricity for the hotel) only the fan is spinning. Pillows as high as the Himalayas. Bed uncomfortable. Wifi very very slow. The refrigerator doesn’t cool (not replaced inspite of complaints). No amenities like a swimming pool, gym, designated parking (which are compulsory for a 4-star). Bathroom: The hand shower for the commode doesn’t work. No light above the mirror, difficult to shave or put on makeup (by my spouse). Warm water alternating with cold water bursts from the shower. Breakfast : Plenty of types of bread, but there aren’t any fruits, no hot items, no vegetables, only Beef sausages. Oh and a bland tasteless rice soup. Possibly they don’t know what items are to be kept on the breakfast table for a 4-star. If it had been designated as a 2-star, I wouldn’t have had any complaints, but charging the rates of a 4-star, is simply what you call is ‘cheating your customers.’ Overall : Absolutely not recommended. The facilities that were offered suites a roadside motel.

Our first night stay in Morocco. We had a pleasant night sleep and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We had a had a pleasant surprise saw a double rainbow. It was so beautiful. We had a wonderful breakfast. The choices were great and the atmosphere was nice.

The hotel’s location is great, walking distance from a metro station. The room was so clean and very well equipped (thanks to Gourave for all his keen attention and cleanliness!). The staff is so friendly and helpful, thanks to Hany for all his support during my stay. I spent some time at the pool and the restaurant and the experience was asmazing. Worth the price and recommended!

I've stayed here many times before and have always loved this hotel.. it's very close to everything you need while visiting Rabat.. The recent renovations were very nice and I enjoyed my stay very much again.. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms director and front desk staff personally ensured my two rooms were in order for my reservation.. The breakfast staff in the morning were also very friendly and made sure everyone was well taken care of every morning.. The front door gentleman was always willing to help and assist you immediately with a smile ..I stayed here 14 nights and I will definitely continue to stay here because of the great hospitality and recommend to my friends and colleagues when they come to visit Rabat from the US... Thank you for a wonderful stay...

its was a plasant stay

De passage a Rabat pour un court séjour, ma femme et moi avons choisi l’hotel RIHAB. Franchement je note 5/5 avec joie. Tout à était pensé pour le grand confort des clients, accueil/portier/la literie/la cuisine/service de chambre/propreté/amenities… Merci a tout les gens qui font de cet endroit ce qu’il es aujourd’hui. In buona posizione, la struttura ha una bella terrazza panoramica al piano sesto ; le camere sono state in parte rimodernate. Pessima la qualità della cena, mentre è più che sufficiente invece la colazione.

Hôtel international pour découvrir cette très belle ville Bien placé , confortable, parking assuré dans la rue adjacente , service ok Petit déjeuner complet Qualité prix correct Ce n’est pas un coup de cœur mais il y a tout pour passer un bon séjour

Hôtel rénové récemment qui est très propre avec des chambres spacieuses. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter rabat Le buffet peut être améliorer car il n'y a pas de desserts et peu de légumes.
