White House Beach Resort, Nagaon

Bad hospitality, room condition very bad( bed, curtons bathroom, ac, not so good food. Never booking back. Need much much improvement as hotel. Tooooo much costly as per service.

Bad stay. Poor quality service. High price. No fridge and kettle was given. No service was provided. No tea n coffee was available in the evening. Dirty bedsheets n blankets. Poor quality of breakfast provided. Will not refer to others its over priced.

Worst stay ever 1. Unhygienic 2. Rooms are cleaned with worst smell cleaning agent. 3. Bad food quality 4. Rooms. Not as shown in the image 5 non of the rooms ac works properly 6 you have to ask for toilety

Our stay at white house resort was not a good experience. 1. Room issue: i booked a room for two couples, and the confirmation clearly stated that there would be two queen beds available. However, when we arrived, the room had only one queen bed and two separate single beds. Additionally, the room was too bright for sleep because the curtains were very thin, allowing sunlight to come through. Initially, there weren’t even any curtains, and only after we complained did they install them. 2. Wi-fi: when we checked into the room, there was no wi-fi available. We had to complain, and it took around two hours for them to resolve the issue. 3. Meal: when i booked the hotel, there was an option to include meals (either lunch or dinner. We asked the dinner option, but when we requested dinner, they informed us that they only provided lunch, and we had no choice but to accept that. To make matters worse, when we were served lunch, we found a dead spider in the dessert. We complained, and they replaced the meal. 4. Staff: the staff, especially one particular person whose name i don't remember, were not cooperative.

Nice experience. Will surely visit again. Loved the food. And is nearby to beach. The staff at white house were friendly and helpful
