I am staying in fern residence Rajkot with my team hotel was superb and well maintained room is superb and well clean and housekeeping team is very helpful and friendly food was yammy specially thanks to Mr . Negi and Suraj Ahemad I will visit next time with my family

Everything is fine. Food / ambience
but the mattresses are worst. They should change the mattresses. The whole night i couldn't sleep. Kept on tossing & turning.

Location is good, food was okayish, amenities were good. Rooms though small are comfortable & the staff was courteous

It was decent but there was a strand of hair in my food chutney) during the breakfast, they just said sorry and did not even change the whole bowl kept in the buffet. I had to park the car outside. The room was fairly decent.

All are good but parking is not sufficient location is good. Value money. Heart of city good food. Very clean

Hospitality is th better than the best location cleaning & food quality is very good communication staff efficiency is good

Room is smelly no ventilation in room, parking issue. I got dent in my car by their staff and asked for cctv no great response from them, food quality is poor. Overall bad experience. Will never stay here again

Room was untidy, bathroom drains were choked, no hand towel or floor mat, no toiletries kept, food quality is worst. Chass glass was stinking, waiter has smelly and untidy clothes no service at all. At same rate to sarovar portico beside. Not worth of 3k rooms only 900 rs value.
