Great stay! Friendly atmosphere! Heated pool and hot tub were nice and my kids loved it! They also enjoyed “working out” in the fitness area. Would stay again if we are back that way!

They didn’t do the cleaning service of my room, room was small, awful breakfast included, poor quality in all areas for the price I paid. Far from everything, do not recommend this one by any chance.

furniture very old - chairs in room are all almost broken - unsafe to sit on - old dark rugs - bread in breakfast not fresh -

We reported to the front desk that our toilet was broken. They never addressed it so we had to fix it ourselves. The HVAC unit in our room was very loud which made sleeping difficult.

Great hotel inside and out just wish the hot tub worked as that was a deciding factor to book this hotel

The hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff were exceptional, except for one front desk employee. He worked the night shift and was not friendly. One early morning, my husband greeted him and said good morning and the man said nothing. Later that same morning, I took my tiny little dogs outside. When we stepped outside, one of my dogs barked once and I apologized for it. The employee said he didn’t like that and told me they needed to shut up.

Dee was at the registration desk very pleasant and we had a great conversation with her personable young lady..overall we will definitely stay at holiday inn express again.

My family stayed here for 3 nights over a long weekend. The location is great, overall the stay was nice. There were a few areas needed improvement, but for the price point I was happy with our stay. The indoor pool was untreated and closed our entire stay which was disappointing for our kids. My main complaint for the room was when we got room service, the floor was never vacuumed and our beds were not made. In all my years I’ve never seen housekeepers throw the bedspread on and not fix pillows or make bed properly for guests.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and for a small selection there was something for everyone. Overall, I would stay here again.
